  Best service and experience.

  The service may be the best around. We never wanted for anything, the app was super easy to use to communicate with help as well. We used most every food option available, had multiple bars we visited. Went to the pool and the beach. This was a return visit for us and will be returned to again.

  Amazing trip March 2025

  Just leaving this beautiful resort today, and not ready to leave, we had an amazing vacation with our great friends. The room we had on the club section was beautiful, we had a one bedroom suite. The view was breathtaking. Our butler Felipe was awesome, checked in every day to see if you needed anything, any special requests we wanted was taken care of, you will not be disappointed if you have him as your butler!! Thank you Felipe. Our bartender Eric in the small bar by our room was excellent, he is the sweetest guy!! The lattes in the lobby bar upstairs were excellent, thank you Giovanni, your service is awesome, I would totally recommend this resort!!

  Amazing All Inclusive Resort for a Celiac on Spring Break

  I loved this resort. It is especially amazing for someone with celiac disease. Sebastian, Joy and Ivan go above and beyond for people with food allergies. We got the Club side plunge pool suite. Suite was huge, and the roof top pool was amazing. It came with a butler, however I didn't feel his services were needed. The only thing he did was make us a reservation for dinner one night, and text us the daily activities. Maybe he would have done more if we asked but I didn't really know what to ask for. The beach here was actually swimable which was amazing. We never had issues finding a chair at the beach or pool. Most of the pools are connected to people's swim out pools. At first it feels a little strange to swim in the pool contacted to people's rooms, but once you get over that it's great. Read more if you have celiac or food allergies - For breakfast we always went to IL BOTACCIO (the Italian place). Ask for Joy, she is one of the allergy chefs and she will not only walk you through what on the menu you can have, but also make it for you. Most of the things on the menu can be made gluten free…we had omelettes, fruit, eggs benedict, crepes, and hot cakes. For lunch we split our time between IL BOTACCIO and Mar House. Mar House is a buffet at lunch but if you ask for Joy, she will walk you around the buffet to tell you what’s safe (if you feel comfortable eating from the buffet) or she will make you anything you want safely. From Mar House we usually got chips, guacamole, and different variations of tacos. IL BOTACCIO for lunch comes with gf bread service, pizza, pasta, carpaccio, salads. Again, most things can be made gluten free. Sebastian is the allergy chef in charge for lunch here. For dinner we tried Mar House for Lobster, Steak, and Shrimp. We had sorbet for dessert. Kabuki (reservation required) has hibachi, they will make the entire groups meals with gf soy sauce and teriyaki sauce. No gf dessert options. Don Jaume steak house, got the fried onion petal made gf, filet, and a gf brownie (they may not have this, it wasn’t on the menu, but Sebastian mentioned his bread vendor brought it that day. El Mariachi Loco (Mexican) you can have most things made gf, we had tacos and guacamole. We were super excited to have gf churros for dessert based on past reviews, however they stopped making these or at least would not make them while we were there. We had rice pudding for dessert. Overall the food was great, Sebastian and Joy are amazing, always ask for them. There is also a man named Ivan working on Joy’s day off. We did run into 2 waiters who acted slightly offended that you’d prefer to wait for Sebastian or Joy but I promise you it’s worth it. Overall, the dessert is the only thing lacking, they do have options but they’re not the best in my opinion. SPECIAL SHOUTOUT to Sebastian, Joy, Ivan and Marisol. Marisol the hostess at IL BOTACCIO remembered us every single day and always called Sebastian or Joy without us having to ask. She was so friendly and helpful. Sebastian & Joy always made sure we had plenty of safe food to eat whether it's telling us what we can eat, and even making food for us. On Joy's day off we had Ivan, who also helped us find safe food and cooked for us. I hope Sebastian & Joy still work there when we go back.

  Amazing trip

  One of the best resorts I’ve ever stayed at. Young guy Jose the waiter infinity pool and beach area and our butler Arron. Hands down the best. Please visit this resort. I would definitely go again. Food and entertainment was on point. Adult side we stayed at. Family friendly as well

  I loved my vacation here! I came with my friends for my birthday and the staff was so so kind and accommodating. Oliver went above and beyond to make my birthday special and went out of his way for me and my friends. The food was really good especially the bistro. On the night we went they have a live piano player. The nightly entertainment was also really fun. Overall I highly recommend it!
