Amazing resort with amazing people, spectacular surroundings, very clean with an array of options to choose from food to drinks!! Laura our concierge is amazing, very helpful and friendly and very knowledgeable and professional!!!

Wonderful, just like last time!
Beautiful! I was already at Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres 3 years ago and chose it again because I loved it so much! The staff is friendly and attentive, the rooms are clean and well taken care of every day. There is a wide selection of restaurants and the food is always delicious. You never get bored, there’s always something to do and the entertainment staff puts in a lot of effort. We chose the adults-only package and did not regret it. The service includes a butler (ours was Rafael), who is very attentive and always available for support or questions. We were very grateful for Rafael. In addition, you have access to adults-only pools, which makes this part of the hotel very relaxing for people without children. Overall, the service inside and outside the restaurants and bars was excellent. The hotel also has 2 small shops where you can buy everything you might need (from sunscreen, shampoo, bathing items, clothes to snacks like chips or sweets, and souvenirs — they have it all!). Since we had already been there once, we even got an additional free spa treatment at the hotel. It was very relaxing. Thank you Majestic Elegance, we will gladly come a third time!

Great Experience at Majestic Elegance
Our experience has been excellent so far. The resort is beautiful and everyone is so friendly and helpful. The drinks and food are fantastic. I look forward to our next three days and spending more time with Ricardo!!!

Outstanding Stay – Exceptional Service and Unforgettable Experience!
I recently stayed at this hotel in Mexico and had an outstanding experience. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. The food was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options, and the staff was exceptionally attentive and welcoming. We had a personal butler, Aaron, who went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was truly special. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the resort itself offered endless amenities — multiple pools, bars, and restaurants to enjoy throughout the day. We were also celebrating my husband’s birthday during our stay, and the team made it an unforgettable experience. As a travel agent, I’ve had the chance to visit and compare many hotels, but this property truly stands out for its service, quality, and atmosphere. I would highly recommend it to anyone considering a trip — it’s definitely worth your attention!

Celebrating milestones at our fav hotel in Mexico
Went with friends and family for the 4th (or 5th?) visit to this Majestic resort. Celebrating a 50th birthday and spent a week there. Phenomenal as usual! Mexican resto table side guac was unbelievable and the waiter who made the guac was the best and most entertaining ever!! Can’t say enough great things about this home away from home!! So looking forward to trying out the Mirage when it opens in a few months !!
