    Dream Vacation

    We had a fantastic week at Majestic Elegance. We highly recommend upgrading to The Club. The service is exceptional and the club lounges near the beach are very convenient for bathrooms, snacks and shelter on a windy day. The infinity bar and pool for club members has the best bar tenders ( Misael) and waiters (Jose Garcia). Jose went above and beyond with towels being set up in our favorite spot, remembering our favorite drinks and recommending amazing new ones. Joseph and Oliver taught AquaZumba and aerobics every day at noon. I loved it so much! Helped me earn all those margaritas. Our plunge pool suite was beautiful and in a great location as we could get to the beach and restaurants easily. From beginning to end our butler Raphael was incredibly helpful. He brought us specialty pillows, answered questions promptly and kept us informed of daily activities and food options. Our favorite restaurants were the Mexican and the Steak House. The Mexican night with buffet and entertainment was fabulous. Tomas was the BEST waiter that night! We Never went thirsty and he was very kind. The bar tender at the Theater each night was fantastic! He kept us having a great time during the live music each night. The live bands brought incredible talent and provided a wonderful vibe with lots of dancing. We stayed 6 nights and it was absolute perfection. Thank you Majestic staff! We can’t wait to come again.

    Wonderful time

    Absolutely beautiful resort. We booked the adult section of the majestic club and couldn't have been happier. For an all inclusive the food was well above average and the drinks were delicious. We arrived later in the evening and one of the bellman, who took us to the room explained what are food options were at that time, assuring us that there were plenty of options at 10:30pm. Surprisingly, the room service food was outstanding and came within 20 mins!! Seaweed was present on the beach, however the tractor was out almost every morning clearing it up, this was not an issue.

    Not good.

    Absolutely the worst customer service. The rooms smelled like mold and even with the generous tips they were barely cleaned. Their favorite line was "unfortunately" for any concern you raised. The lifeguards were at the beach 2 out of the 7 days and if you did not go to the beach at 7am you were not able to get any chairs, you also couldn't reserve chairs with a towel.

    Wonderful hotel

    Had a wonderful stay, everything was perfect, the food the beach the room, The butler Raphael did a great job. easy to reach and quick response. Also all the people working there have a smile and are there to help you. Special thanks to Alonso the waiter on the beach who did a outstanding service all the week! I will definitely return there

    Great Resort

    This resort met and surpassed all my expectations. The food was good except for the beach grill, which was horrid. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and the grounds beautiful. The spa was amazing. The hydo therapy was excellent. The butler we had was the best. Absolutely no complaints. Loved it
