We just returned from another wonderful vacation at the Live Aqua Cancun. Everything about this property ranged from very good to excellent: the beach front location, resort cleanliness, quiet overall hotel ambience, the pools and grounds, our oceanfront room, house keeping, room service, check in / out, service at the bars and restaurants, and our 06:00 AM Starbucks coffee. The single most important reason we have rated everything so highly is because of the amazing staff that work at Live Aqua - every person, regardless of which area they worked, were friendly, professional, caring and attentive! While everyone was fantastic, we wanted to acknowledge a few staff members who went above and beyond to make our holiday extra special: - Carlos in Starbucks – the KING of baristas; - Blanca V. in Siete Restaurant – the QUEEN of amazing custom breakfast quesadillas; - Cesar H. Manager Azur Restaurant – so kind, warm, professional and caring; - Andres M. Waiter Azur Restaurant – gracious, hard working, friendly top-notch service; - Ivan T. Marketing Supervisor Vacation Club – Always so friendly and helpful; - Antonio T. Housekeeping – Efficient, quick and the room was always spotlessly cleaned. We give Live Aqua Cancun a 5 out of 5. This is definitely the place to go if you need a quieter, low key holiday to recharge - if you want to party hard, look for another property!

I like the early and smooth check-in process. I appreciate the cleanliness of the resort and the comfy bedding and aesthetics of the room. The grounds were beautiful. The buffet food was mediocre but I didn't get the chance to eat at any of the al la carte's which would've probably changed my rating. I didn't like being on the ground floor for the garden view room as there wasn't much privacy with everyone walking along to eat at the restaurants or enjoy the pool. A solid resort and I can't wait to check out the Punta Cana location.

I loved Live Aqua
I went April 5-10 for the first time and I loved it! The room was nice and our deck had a view of the ocean if you faced right. The food was very good, it was nice to have extra options for lunchtime. Cocktails were great too. I loved the pools and I am not a big pool person. My favorite is the infinity pool where you can face the ocean. Unfortunately the ocean was too rough to swim my first 2 days, but I don't think this is usual. The water was a gorgeous color, and as warm as a bathtub. Every staff member was warm and friendly, and interested in talking if you wanted to. Jose and Ricardo who took care of us at breakfast were great, Ricardo remembered how I like my coffee despite serving so many people every morning. We went to the Mexican restaurant for dinner one night and our waiter Miguel asked if he could pick drinks and 3 courses for us and each was delicious. I can't remember the name of the waiter who served us drinks on the beach but he was equally great, and funny. I will go back to Live Aqua next year! Highly recommend .

Amazing getaway at Live Aqua
This resort was absolutely amazing. I felt welcomed from the moment we arrived and everyone was so helpful. Shoutout to Ivan at the concierge desk for taking care of us at check in, and Rodrigo and Damian at the pool cabanas for helping sort us out with everything we needed. Also thanks to Ceasar at the swim up bar for his excellent service all day.

Pure Oppulence!
Our butlers Rodrigo and Rudy were exceptional, they always checked in with us daily to make sure they offered us a pleasant stay. From making reservations, reserving our cabana, providing advice on excursions…all the way to check out with organising bellhop service and extra amenities in the room. Josue and Edouard always made our cabana stay pleasant by providing extra towels and stopping by throughout the stay to make sure the umbrellas were positioned appropritstely and our chair were facing the sun! Our daily foot massages were exceptional as well. Our room also allowed for hydrotherapy in the spa…I remembered to take advantage of it our last day and wish I had done it daily. It was a wonderful treat! The food was top notch and servers and staff could not do enough. Truly friendly and warm and welcoming. This was not our first time and most definitely will not be our last. Thank you Live Aqua for an out of this world experience.
