The O Buffet for breakfast (Krystal Grand NV) was amazing! Be sure to ask for Alejandro and his service partner Alejandra. They are both very friendly, efficient, and fast. We have been here for 10 days so far and have enjoyed fantastic food and service!

Canda rocks
Amazing vacation here in crystal grant. The food is amazing.I recommend disco because they have many activities available for all types of people.Hey , big shout out to the entertainment by the staff , edgar Karla Damian Karla is a good instructor in water Arabic.I also did water rubbing with damon which they were o k . Edgar is the best dance. To all types of famili can't wait to come back to this amazing hotel.

Great trip to Krystal Grand Nuevo Vallarta
Close to Airport Quick easy check-in Beachfront room was awesome and worth the extra money Maids were very good Needed maintenance once and they beat me back to the room and fixed the problem quickly Bar fridge stocked daily. Pop beer and water. Any assortment you ask for Lots of hot water. Shampoo conditioner body wash iron hair dryer and safe all in good working order Staff was great. They are watching chairs and removing items after the allotted time.However seats over looking the ocean are hard to get (very noisy any way) so you need to be there by 6:00 A.M. We didn't bother as we liked to sit back under the trees. Also there were always seats by the family pool and we liked it there. Food is great. Booking system for specialty restaurants needs some work. Great beach walks in either direction. Walk right to Bucerius along the beach or cross the road to the walking path. Discovered sea glass etc on the beach walk Lots of great restaurants in Bucerias and cool beach bars along the way. We used Ubers to go to Nuevo, PV, and Bucerias. Easy to use and cheap. Bike tour every morning at 10 with a staff member. Entertainment has improved but needs a little improvement. They had a great Super Bowl party and also a huge dinner with really good circus type show another night. Snack bars have fish tacos burgers hot dogs etc. Very good. The usual stretching, aquasizing, beach volleyball, dance lessons daily There is a teen club and mini club for families with children. Sky bar on the 10th floor over looking the grounds and ocean is awesome at night. Not much to do on the resort for young couples at night but lots to do in Bucerias. Lots of amazing live bands and good food. Huge Flea market in Bucerias. We have been to this resort 3 times. Would we recommend it ? Absolutley So many great staff members but we had great service from Enrique serving at the adults pool. Marco concierge was awesome. The guy with the hardest most thankless job is the young fellow policing chairs and the towel game. He did a great job and I'm really sorry I forgot his name in my notes. When his boss reads this he was working feb 20. at noon when we left. That was our last day and I thanked him. He needs a promotion or at least a bonus. He took a picture of my Better call Saul shirt if that helps LOL

There are definitely mixed reviews on this resort and I can understand why. Traveling is always about keeping an open mind and maintaining perspective. The service at the Krystal Grand is excellent. Everyone is working hard and super friendly & hospitable. We enjoyed interacting with all the employees, especially Alejandro & Jessica. Their brilliant smiles and warm energies made breakfast amazing and our trip that much more special. We stayed in an older building - #6. It’s a bit dated and worn down. Our room was in desperate need of a deep clean. It was neat, and serviced every day. It’s about the level of cleanliness that one expects when traveling abroad in modest accommodations. The beach was where we mainly hung out. I wasn’t about to scavenge beach chairs early in the am as other reviewers have mentioned. It was easy to find a beach chair with plenty of shade provided by numerous umbrellas. Lots of activities to do on the beach, parasailing, jet skiing, massage, reflexology, etc. There’s a QR code that you need to scan to access the online restaurant reservation system. The early reservations fill up fast. Honestly, the buffet dinner was better than any of the restaurant offerings. Don’t stress not being able to make a reservation, sometimes the front desk staff may be able to accommodate you. Overall my group had a wonderful experience. Best resort in Nuevo Vallarta
We had a lovely stay at Krystal Grand. Every day they had fun activities by the two enormous pools (a family pool and the adult only one just overlooking the ocean) and events in the evenings. So many great food options to choose from with buffet and fine dining options. Karla, Edgar and Damion had us entertained every day with fun stuff to participate in!
