    Ground maintenance noise was unbearable.

    I stay in hotels 18 days a month. I have over 5000 hotel stays I’m top tier at Marriott and Hilton brands. The hotel is very nice as one would expect. However the ground maintenance crew is out each day running their gas powered equipment all day long the noise was unbelievable. No peace at all until about 4pm each day it was impossible to relax on my balcony or in the room. The spa had both steam and sauna rooms but neither one was working.

    Incredible week at the Marriott! Highly recommend!

    I cannot say enough about the staff at the Los Cabos Marriott. Our son was married near the hotel on March 1st and we were constantly catered to and taken care of throughout our week long stay. A special shout out to Avril who was incredible! Thank you!

    Impeccable Stay at the JW Marriott Los Cabos

    I got married on March 1, 2025 in Cabo, and the JW Marriott Los Cabos was our home base for my husband and I, our families, and 150 wedding guests. I don’t even know where to begin to capture the amazing experience provided by the JW. The property is stunning, the accommodations are modern and beautiful, the service is impeccable, and every detail exceeded our expectations. I truly believe the JW is the best value for the elevated experience in all of Los Cabos. Special shoutout to the AMAZING Avril Martin - you made our experience and our guests experiences top notch. We look forward to making this an annual trip from here forward!

    Amazing stay at JW Marriott Los Cabos

    Amazing Stay at JW Los Cabos Beautiful room, great service, good food. A very zen property. The whale watching was spectacular. The sunsets from the hot tub were beautiful. The swim up bar is in a great location for late afternoon sun. No easy ocean access like much of Cabo. Great location near San Jose Del Cabo. Very safe to walk outside the resort and even out the main gate and into the marina area. Very grateful to finally have been able to stay here!

    Overall a nice stay

    Overall a nice stay and relaxing trip. Resort had a beautiful view from almost anywhere while walking around. There are plenty of pools to choose from, and it’s not so busy that you can’t get a chair. Some pools were heated and others were not. The massage at the spa was great. The spa facilities like the jacuzzi are nice, but the outdoor pools were too cold to enjoy. Note that if you book a panoramic ocean view it likely won’t have a view. We had to pay extra at check in to get a real ocean view, but it was worth it to sit on our balcony and enjoy it. Check in is extremely slow. With only three desks and each check in taking 20 minutes, you’ll be there awhile, especially if you need to go back to switch rooms. I would also say staff attitude varies greatly, while some are nice, a number of others acted like we were inconveniencing them. The food was pretty good overall. Marhumo/Nak was the best restaurant we ate at, which we had for dinner our first night. The UA is solid for breakfast and lunch, and you can also order food and drinks by the pool. With there only being a few restaurants, there isn’t a ton of variety, so recommend venturing off property to enjoy food in town as well.
