My husband and I came here to celebrate our 18th wedding anniversary and it exceeded our expectations. We stayed on the Impressions side and the attention to detail is incredible. Our butlers were Rafael and Jefter and they were always checking on us and making sure we were taken care of. The entertainment staff was also top notch: Christian, Axel, Ilse, Daniela, Moni, Sergio, Uziel. They were super fun and made our stay super enjoyable. This place has the best of both worlds, whether you want to relax in the Impressions pools or have fun and get to know people. The food is also very good, our favorite was Bisou, the French Restaurant.

Wonderful experience, staff was amazing
Uzi, Jorge and our concierge were amazing all week. The rooms were great, the restaurants were good as well as the entertainment. When the staff, including Uzi remember you when you come back you know they really care. This is our third trip to this resort and we highly recommend!

Beautiful resort and spa
An incredibly beautiful resort. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. The spa was amazing -- I wish I could have gone to the spa every day, but the pools were all wonderful and the sugar soft sand on the beach was perfect. The evening shows were captivating! This was one of my favorite resorts in Mexico. Highly recommend.

Amazing resort!!
Amazing resort with great food and service. Need to enhance the butler service a little more if you pay for that on the Impressions side. All ocean view rooms are nice. The shows are fantastic! Activities staff keeps many things going if you want to enjoy them or just relax in all the awesome pools. Beach is very nice for walking and they are always cleaning it up and raking!! Spa is amazing and well worth it!! One downfall is the bourbon and wine selection with all inclusive. Not many upper scale choices. Wine cellar is great but you pay about $100 per bottle. Overall amazing resort with great service, food and activities!!
