    The Perfect Luxury All Inclusive!

    My best friend and I booked this resort for some rest & relaxation from our hectic NYC lives. The pictures do this resort no justice and the minute we checked in, we were treated with kindness, warmth and care.. Aranza at the beach was amazing!

    Not what I expected after watching peoples video's

    The grounds are very nice, beach is great as well. There was always an elevator not working in the building (stayed on 6th floor). We lost power for a while. Seems to be a place were large groups go that has an effect on dining. Room service was great at all hours. Spa was great. House keeping was horrible (stayed for 5 days), last 3 days we never got a turn down service nor replenished anything in the room. Gym was ok. They do an amazing job keeping up on the beach!!!!!! Not a place I would go again.

    Amazing holiday

    We had a fantastic holiday and want to give a special shout out to Julio, Regina, Jessica, Cristian and Elias as they made our holiday even more special!! Our room was lovely and spacious the food and drink was really good for an all inclusive and the selection of pools was fantastic!

    Absolutely loved our stay. The room was perfect. The pools were great. I loved the hammocks over the water. Everything we ate was delicious. The shows were great. Dont miss Quirky for sure! Also don't skip heading to the speakeasy after the shows! Such a great time! I can't wait to go back!

    All aspects of my experience was overall very good!!! Would definitely do it again! All night coffee bar was very enjoyable, and the food was very good. We chose to tip, and our service was second to none. Fresh fruit and juice at breakfast an absolute treat.
