Mar 22, 2025An absolute gem of a resort!
Impression by Secrets Isle Mujeres will forever be my favorite resort I’ve ever been to. I’ve been to many other Secrets and Dreams. Nothing can compare. We have plans to come back two times because it is such a dream come true. If you like amazing cuisine, incredible hospitality from the beginning to the end, wellness activities, and an environment so gorgeous you will feel like you are in a movie - this is the resort for you. Seriously. It was named most Instagrammable hotel because every photo you take looks like something from a postcard. Our favorite restaurant was Spezia - every dish was incredible. Breakfast at the rooftop restaurant Unik was a treat. Try the oatmeal crème brûlée. And I looooved the coffee shop and the baristas (Eduardo & Katie - thank you for my coffees and friendly conversations!) with all the delicious pastries. Best of all, the activities! If you like yoga, wellness, art, cooking classes, mixology and those types of things, you will love what the entertainment team is doing here. By far, my favorite experience was soundbath with Rebeca (see picture). I felt like I was transported to the most peaceful place and she is an amazing guide - her other art activities were my favorites too. I could go on and on but just trust the good reviews, this resort is truly special. Thank you to everyone at Impression and we will see you again soon!

True Luxury
Most beautiful, luxurious all inclusive resort in the world. Food was next level. All the activities are amazing, and the entertainment is among the best in Mexico. Rebeca was exceptional, she transformed all our wellness experiences and activities into the most memorable parts of our trip!

10 out of 10! Best hotel experience!!
From start to finish, it was perfect. This hotel is incredible, from the moment you are greeted at the doc, to board the private boat to arriving to the hotel, you are treated like royalty. The staff is so attentive, caring and welcoming. With various different restaurants to choose from to wine and dine, to bars, to room service, each place was amazing. Either pool side or beach side, you have direct to your seat service. The food was exceptional, the activities day and night were carefully curated and we took part in Mezcal tastings, sound healing with the wonderful Rebecca and silent disco under the stars. The rooms are beautiful, we were upgraded for free and our butlers Eric and Wedinzon were so good with us. Letting us check in early and check out late so we could make the most of our trip. They were just a message away for anything we needed. The hotel was full, yet you never feel like it’s busy, having so much space for yourself. There was more staff than guests so you are never left needing anything, they are always there to care for you. This is a 10 out of 10 hotel, every penny is worth it. I promise you, I’ve stayed at many hotels internationally and ate at the world’s best restaurants - this hotel has it all! Thank you for making my 40th birthday so special. I felt like a queen on the beautiful sacred island of the woman. Book it now, you won’t be disappointed.

Baby Moon
A wonderful experience from the initial check in with Julian at the marina in in Cancun right through to the boat ride back! It’s difficult to describe just how amazing this hotel is….the team are exceptional, unlike any other service level I’ve experienced before! Our personal butlers Erick and Wedinzon made our stay really memorable and couldn’t do enough for us. Rebecca delivered amazing sacred smoke workshops and sound healing sessions in the most beautiful of settings! They have a wide range of daily events such as yoga, paddle boarding, kayak tours, wine tastings, mezcal tastings (Manuel), tarot readings, cocktail classes so much to do! The food in EVERY restaurant is of a high standard, with a great selection of wines beers and spirits along with a good selection of classic and specialist cocktails. Thankyou to the whole team we can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful Experience!
Great hotel - the views are incredible! From Julian who checked us in to Mar who helped us at the beach to Eric our waiter to Angel and Edgar our butlers, the staff were all top notch and went out of their way to accommodate and make our trip special!
