This was our 1st Impressions and couldn't wait to see if it was worth all the hype compared to the others L4 and L5 Secrets or others resorts. You can't beat the arrival and departure as you have a private Catamaran that takes and picks you up from the Resort's own personal port. We used their recommended transport - Land Savvy since we never been to the island and didn't want to risk using our usual transport but they were very impressive and great and would definitely use them again. As for the resort, yes it is small, still has ongoing maintenance issues, no shade at any pool or beach areas, and it seem that everything that was showing on the app wasn't accurate, but our Butlers (David and Angel) did a excellent job keeping us updated throughout our stay to ensure we had all that we needed. They even found us just to say hi and to check on us and let us know any new information. Now, as both Explorist Hyatt Member and Platium UVC Members, we did not see or get any special recogition at checkin or throughout our stay which was disappointing. However, the resort itself is very well run with an excellent GM who is 1 of our top GMs that we had ever met. He has a great team behind him with great customer service. The resort has great food all around even room service so no need to worry about that area. There are so many great views and good daily activities (day and night). I do have to say that this is a quiet, peaceful, romantic resort where everything closes at 11pm so don't expect this to be a Breathless or Excellence or etc. Maybe more of a Zoetry vibe. So no loud pool parties and etc but nice, relaxing, and peaceful resort where you can rest and recharge. They also have great amentities. Overall, we will definitely come back again knowing the GM has everything under control and with great Butlers like Angel and David which allows us to explore the entire island next time while returning to a nice peaceful resort with great service and food. But as members, something needs to be done there.

I’m writing this as we wait for our boat back to Cancun - we dont want to leave! This was the last stop of ours on our honeymoon and we truly saved the best for last. This is the only all-inclusive we’ll stay at again. Between the staff, the food, the views, and the amenities, this place truly has it all! We had the pleasure of having Eric and Edgar as our butlers, and being helped by April, Andrea and Antonio throughout our stay and appreciated all they did for us, getting to know us, and assisting us with anything we needed. The crew on the catamaran is fantastic, so knowledgeable and friendly. The food at Spezia was our very favorite - don’t miss out on the Cacio E Pepe pasta or the Lasagna. Impressions has set the bar for all our vacations from here on out and we can’t wait to bring our friends the next time we come. Thank you for providing us with a trip we’ll never forget!

Isla mujeres is a great resort to spend with your significant other for a weekend getaway. Their team of pool butler, bartenders and servers are exceptional. Thanks to Mayra Jasmine, Julio, Guilman, and Juan for the true attention and exceptional experience upon our stay. Personal butler service Edgar and vianey were great as well to the workload they are given. I hope this review is recognized by upper management to recognize the value of their employees and envision a great and better outcome to their image and collaborate employee recognition. Your team is the true vision of the resort and the service is what embodies the experience as whole.
