    Wonderful

    Wonderful resort. Our butlers Mose and Ritik were very attentive. The entire staff was excellent. Irving, Edwin, Alejandro, and Miguel at bar Unik were awesome. The Sharks bartenders were so nice and accommodating. The lunch and dinners were excellent. The breakfast was just okay. I would really like to see a buffet at this resort.

    Gorgeous and Relaxing Couples Getaway

    Wonderful visit to Impressions Isla Mujeres. My wife and I spent 4 nights. We were upgraded to an ocean front suite. The room was amazing and very comfortable. Meals at all the restaurants were outstanding. Great experience with Genner at the pool bar, Jorge our server at Spezia restaurant, Antonio at the beach and our butlers (Wedinzon and Erick) took care of all of our requests. Loved renting golf cart to explore the island! Low occupancy at the hotel made the experience very personable. Highly recommend and looking forward to returning!

    One of the most relaxing and magical trips I have taken

    Everything about my stay at Impressions Isla Mujeres was magical. Stepping off the boat the walk up to the property is breathtaking, the rooms are spacious, modern and have amazing views. Great restaurants, spa, and entertainment. It’s a really lovely hotel. But it’s the staff that make the stay exceptional. Eric our personal butler was very organised and attentive with great recommendations for activities and restaurants. Rebekah lead some beautiful workshops and activities, the spa is wonderful and Alondra looked after us so well. We felt so well cared for by every member of the team at impressions. I feel truly refreshed, relaxed and ready for 2025. Thank you Impressions Isla Mujeres ❤️

    Paradise on Isla Mujeres at The Impressions Resort

    Amazing Resort, the staff went over and above to make our stay perfect. Our butlers Wedinzon and Erick took care of every detail to make our trip seamless. The sommelier was very knowledgeable in helping us pick the perfect wine. Eduardo in the dessert cafe always helped us pick the perfect little dessert at the end of the night.

    Fabulous service, fabulous food, fabulous ocean views

    Beautiful resort with ocean views that are priceless. Food was delicious. Italian restaurant was my favorite. Long list of cocktails available, Many activities to you can enjoy through the day from Yoga and Pilates (Gillian was A+) to making facial scrubs, painting (Rebecca was great!) , and homemade cocktails. What makes the resort special is the staff who goes over and beyond for your every need. Eric, our butler took care of our every need everyday and was on top of it! Antonio and Alondra took care of us at the beach. They were so lovely and they were there to assist with towels, cocktails and the most delicious lunches! I hope to return again as one visit may not be enough!
