    A Perfect Getaway with Amazing Vibes and Friendly Staff

    Me and my son had the best time at this resort. The staff are incredibly friendly and genuinely happy to be here, which brings such a positive energy and vibe to the whole place. Everyone was so caring and accommodating, making us feel truly welcomed. The pool and beach are absolutely stunning – we spent hours just enjoying the beautiful surroundings. One small suggestion: it would be amazing if coffee was available throughout the day. As Europeans who love our coffee, we did notice that although there was a self-serve option at the pool bar, it gets taken away middle of the day. It would be lovely to have access to iced coffee into the afternoon and early evening. The food was delicious – everything we tried was full of flavour. The only disappointing moment was queuing for the Italian restaurant one evening, only to find out it was full. But honestly, apart from that, everything was great. The whole place has such a good vibe, and we will definitely be coming back! The entertainment team are incredible!

    Good resort - would return

    This was our third Iberostar Resort, our second time in Jamaica and our 6th all-inclusive trip. We travelled the last week of March/first week of April. Overall our experience was excellent. The grounds and hotel are getting a little dated but are well maintained. The room was also a little dated but clean and well maintained with one exception - our first room #1302 had a mattress that was so hard we couldn’t sleep. Fortunately, the hotel was not at capacity so we were able to switch to a room with a newer more comfortable mattress two nights into our stay. The pools are lovely - infinity style overlooking the ocean but we are beach people and like to swim in the ocean. Beach was adequate size, the bottom wasn’t overly “rocky” and while there was seaweed in spots there were lots of clear patches to walk out. We got up early to reserve our chairs because it seems that’s just what you have to do these days. The food quality and variety were good at the buffet and the restaurants only one of which you actually need to reserve (Japanese.) Overall the service was also quite good. From reception and concierge to the bar staff. Our mini fridge was actually also restocked daily. Sometimes service at the buffet was a bit slow but they’re covering a lot of ground. Bottom line - we would return to this resort.

    Marcus, Chad and Errol were all warm and friendly down by the poolside. The food was good, however, housekeeping was very very poor. Checked in to a half empty fridge with opened drinks. After realizing that it never got restocked after housekeeping the next day, we made several requests and nothing was done. Brought it to front desk’s and our housekeeper’s attention today and they told us that they would ensure that it gets restocked. After waiting for hours, we were told that the request could not be made due to the fact that we were checking out. Unacceptable!

    The front desk was amazing especially nyyasha asharie Latoya and Khalil 🩷 the food was great🩷🩷 the jerk chicken is to die for🩷🩷🩷🩷 this hotel is one I’d recommend any day entertainment was spectacular🩷🩷🩷 the rooms were very clean
