An Amazing First Time in Mexico
van greeted us at the front when we arrived and from there it was an amazing 7 days with both Ivan, Alex Mendoza and the rest of the staff taking care of everything we needed. The entire experience from hotel to Dressel Divers deserves 6 stars!!

It’s really fun here, they have shows and games and activities to do, and you never really get bored here!
I love it here, the employees are super kind and gracious, always here to help! The resort is gorgeous, and it’s right on the ocean which is beautiful. I love the animals, and the nature is simply stunning as well as the hotel rooms which are super clean and comfortable!

Great but a few improvements needed
The food was good and the room was nice. I would have given it a higher rating except for the coatimundi by the beach snack bar. They have to build a dining enclosure so the coati don't get at the garbage and steal food from people while eating. They could also try to reduce their population as over 40+ is too many. There should be no smoking sign by the pool and beach so people understand these areas are non smoking. Also if a chair is empty with a towel for more than 3 hour the towel should be removed. We would definitely return again.

PROBLEMS WITH SUNBEDS ON THE BEACH!!!
the stay in this hotel was exceptional for me and my family. The quality of the food and services, the cleanliness of the rooms, the price-quality ratio, the management of the staff, I would rate all of this 5*/5*. However, the problem was the availability of sunbeds on the beach. When I arrived at the beach in the morning at 8:00 a.m., there were a total of 20 people on the beach, but all the sunbeds were occupied. Even guests from the nearby Selection hotel occupied sunbeds in this way, as they have access to the beach of the Mar and Beach hotels. On the contrary, however, this does not apply and guests from the Mar and Beach hotels do not have access to the loungers of the Selection hotels. The result is also that guests from the Mar and Beach hotels have a hard time getting to the sunbeds on the beach, only if they wake up at 7:00 a.m. and make a reservation. This is how I think it shouldn't work. I think that this should be handled by the hotel management.
