Check-in Policy - Hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds.
Convention Policy - Individuals attending a convention cannot book this property for their stay. If found attending a convention, guests may be subject to higher room rates upon arrival.
Hotel Spring Break Policy - The resort is a family oriented environment and thus has implemented the following policy for Spring Breakers reservations. The valid period is March 1st, 2020 to April 30th, 2020. Spring Breakers are defined
as Students/youth between 16 and 23 years of age.
- One parent or chaperone at least 25 years of age will be required per room for check-in. Adults accompanying are responsible for the students’ behavior.
- In the event that any guest(s) engage in inappropriate behavior disrespecting Hotel staff and/or other guests or causing physical damages to the facilities, the Hotel Management reserves the right to expel the guest(s) without reimbursement or refund of
the remaining nights.
Spring Break Groups Policy - Students/youth are considered between 16 and 23 years of age. In addition to the Spring Break Policy for all bookings traveling March-April, Groups shall adhere to the following conditions:
- Any student/youth group must be pre-approved and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Upon check-in, each group will be required to leave a refundable cash deposit per room for any charges or damages that might be incurred during the stay.
Transfer Policy - A price may display when children stay free, if your vacation includes transfer to your hotel.
General Information - Room taxes and service fees are included in vacation price.
Minimum night stay restrictions may apply.
Reservation changes may not be permitted unless authorized by the hotel.

The beds were hard as rock. The food was repetitively terrible and similar every night. If you want to go to a restaurant other than the buffet that only has Mexican food they will tell you a 40 minute wait even if there is no one in the building. You cannot swim on the beach due to jellyfish and sea urchin and there are not bar tenders at the pool bar because there are no tips for the two people that work there. All around 3 out of 10 with no name food.

Beautiful hotel/resort. My family and I had a great time. We would definitely be back soon. If you’re looking for a place that has an included of drinks, food, shows, dancing, games, or just relaxing your mind…Iberostar is that place to be. Oh, great works just like Giovanni Isabel.

The staff is excellent. They go above and beyond. We have some food allergies in our family and chef Luis and his team were excellent. They made sure we were always taken care of and even made special meals. Without asking chef Luis even planned and made a special cake for our daughter. The kids club is also fantastic. Both kids loved going and it was sometimes hard to get our son to come out. Martin was especially great with the kids. The resort is starting to show its age. Lots of work could be done in both the rooms and the pool. I would still recommend this spot due to the excellent staff

Rooms need updating. Elevators often out of service causing mobility issues. Food was good. Beach is good for walking. A special thank you to Esteban and Marco for making the activities more enjoyable and the bar servers for remembering our orders.

Quality-Price great for families
This resort is perfect for a family vacation! Highlights: - entertainment staff is amazing - chairs are always available at the pool - a lot of shadow spots at the pool - food well-above average - well-equipped and modern gym - hotel super clean and maintained - you don’t feel like there are two classes of people: no upgrades needed to have a great experience - haunted house very fun for teens - close to Sayulita - amazing beach - beds super comfy Downside: - the rooms would need renovation but it is a small downside since we don’t stay there all day!
