    YouTube sent me here, won’t be back.

    Where do I start. I will list the pros and cons. Pros: check in is very nice. The house keeping is outstanding. Please tip your house keepers. Cons: family restaurant right next door. Be prepared for kids and sand to be flying around. Be prepared for people to put towels on chairs from the early morning and you trying to compete - good luck. I told the staff they said there is nothing they can do about it. I ended up meeting Williams who was able to get me somewhere to sit. Pretty frustrating how people can throw a towel on a chair and then come back six hours later and expect their spot to still be there. App is nice but spa is unresponsive. Prices aren’t listed. Over priced once finally scheduled. Saving grace of all of this is Seby and Enrique. These are literally the only saving graces of this hotel. At my nightly rate of $600 I would have left early but I couldn’t (prepaid) but Enrique really did make everything better. Also the steakhouse sides were lacking, no cowboy cuts. I booked this place due to a review on YouTube. Save your money go to Xcarte. Unfortunately I won’t be coming back.

    Guest 5 times in a row since before Covid.

    Carlos(bell man at coral level) Always remembers us. Has been here every year(all 5 years) we’ve been coming Marisol(chef) helped our gluten-free guest with her diet William(cabana manager) came back multiple times to see to everything we needed Hector(fitness instructor) remembered my name each time I was in his class. He was very well qualified! Great staff!!

    Beautiful wedding trip

    This was our 2nd time at the iberostar coral level, we brought our families this time and got married here. The hotel is wonderful and the staff are amazing. We upgraded our room mid stay to the roof top corner suite. It was stunning!! I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning again. We went to all the restaurants, our favourite was the Italian, our girl Saby at the pool was amazing and David our bartender at the wedding was great. Our group of 13 people enjoyed the entire stay and I have no complaints.

    The bar staff and staff at themed restaurants at this hotel were fantastic, as were the interior areas of the hotel in both the adults only and standard buildings. The outdoor grounds left some to be desired, most areas looking in need of repair. The Coral section was ok, but the rest of the campus was mediocre at best. The food in the restaurants was great. The buffets were disappointing, the food was mostly cold and picked over. The nightly entertainment was awful. Sports bar was also terrible. Also felt that there is a severe shortage of chairs in the adults only area near the pool. I rented a private cabana, that was a waste of funds, other guests helped themselves to reserved chairs included with it, the beverages in the cabana fridge and even the restroom inside that were all supposed to be private with the rental... Check in and check out were smooth. This was supposed to be a 5-star resort, and while it wasn't completely terrible, I've stayed at 4-star resorts that cost much less and left more impressed. We won't be returning to Iberostar resorts in the future based on this stay.

    Highly recommend Iberostar Coral Level resort and Tripguys.com

    We have been traveling with a group for 12 years....30 people this time! Tripguys.com recommended this resort and we couldn't have been happier! We stayed in the adult part of this resort (Coral Level) and were very pleased with the amenities and service. Top shelf alcohol (better than general resort), private restaurant/buffet in our building, and entertainment events right outside our rooms! Vanishing edge pool looked right out to ocean...awesome! Would highly recommend!
