Had a great experience staying at this hotel! Had the best experience and drinks in the Bar El Mirador with employees Ramon and Karina! They were always so kind and the drinks were always perfect! Please add more fans/ ac units around the hotel and also for the employee bars it is not fair to have them working under these super humid conditions without any fans or ac units! Please consider changing that in the future soon, thank you!

Unforgettable Family Stay at Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos!
I cannot begin to express how happy and satisfied my kids and I were with our stay at Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos. From the moment we stepped out of our transportation, we were warmly greeted by Alberto, truly one of the kindest and most hospitable hotel staff members I’ve ever met. He escorted us into the VIP check-in area (even though we weren’t VIPs, lol), and the kids were instantly delighted by the snacks, A/C, and special welcome drinks—it set the tone for an unforgettable trip. Javier at check-in was equally wonderful, and we were then introduced to Luna, who made us feel right at home. She was attentive and thoughtful throughout our stay without ever being overbearing. The pool staff, especially Santiago, took such great care of us, again, striking that perfect balance between attentiveness and space. All of the dining experiences were fantastic, but we especially want to recognize Margherita at the buffet (my kids actually said they wished she was their grandmother!). She greeted us with hugs and warmth every morning. Manuel at the Indian restaurant, the hibachi chef and service team, and the entire housekeeping staff also went above and beyond. It’s rare to encounter a property where it’s so evident that every team member truly loves what they do, and it radiates throughout the guest experience. In a world that can often feel rushed and impersonal, Hyatt Ziva felt like an oasis of care and hospitality. We will never forget our time here and absolutely cannot wait to return. Bravo, Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos!

Beautiful Resort with Exceptional Service
We had an excellent 3-night stay at Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos. The hotel itself was beautiful, spotless, and very relaxing, but what really made our experience special was the people. Sergio, the chef at Dozo, was superb— he was so funny and entertaining throughout the evening. At the pool, Santiago and Alejandro were incredibly attentive and friendly, always going above and beyond to take care of us. And Luna, our butler, was a true gem—so helpful and always quick to get us answers to anything we needed. Every staff member we encountered was wonderful, but these folks really stood out and made our trip unforgettable. One small piece of feedback: for the price point and the room, I would have expected slippers, lotion, and perhaps a beach bag to take down to the pool or beach. Those touches would have elevated the experience even more, especially as a Globalist. Overall, it was a wonderful trip and I would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Wonderful Property and Amazing Staff
We spent 7 lovely days at this resort and would definitely return again. We reserved a one-bedroom suite, with Club access and would recommend this to anyone looking for extra room. Our butler, Trini, was outstanding and went above and beyond to make our stay extra special.
