This was our 4th visit to Hyatt Vivid since November. We absolutely love it here!! The Entertainment Staff offers so many activities. They always provide tons fun & energy. Huge thank you to: Gibran Sofia Yohanan Neftali Angel Gaspar Cesar Orlando Gama Karina from Room Service (mgr) is amazing. The room service menu is quite delicious. I just love the hummus and the healthy options section. She takes the time to always help us and spoil us. She created a beautiful charcuterie board this mist recent trip. It was perfect for sipping wine and watching the sunset. We have a couple food restrictions and the staff handles it seamlessly. Augustin (restaurant mgr) Chef Alejandro pay extra special attention and come out to say hi and make sure everything is perfect. And wow the pizza is so delicious at Italian and we loved the seafood crepes & quiche, duck & filet at French. How about breakfast? Yum! Eduardo and his staff do an excellent job. The healthy wrap and Basak toast ate so good. Plus you are served them this smiles from Axel and Diego. Don’t forget to swing by the Vantage Club lounge before 3pm for #onlybyCarlos drinks. He has some special recipes for sure. Arlic, Aaron and Jesus provide outstanding service throughout the evening at various bar locations. Make sure you figure out how to find the Serenity bar. It is a bit secretive. During our stay the staff Blanca, Francisco, Gibran and Hyatt team hosted a beautiful UVC members event. This is the right resort for you if you enjoy relaxing by the pool with a good drink, partying is optional
Before our trip I was a little worried about how the trip would go considering some of the reviews however me and my boyfriend spent so much time wonder how anyone could have given this place less then 4 stars. Off bat the entrance to the resort is gorgeous and the customer service is amazing, they greet you with a welcome home and go above and beyond to make sure you feel that way. My favorite person at the resort was the main pool bartender Eduardo, he took amazing care of us and we didn’t have one bad drink from him, which speaks volumes when you count that fact I kept asking him to surprise me. Eduardo would even have drinks ready for us when we saw we were getting low! Everything tasted amazing and the reservation thing wasn’t a big deal if you just show up they can usually get you seated. As other reviews have mentioned the walls are a little thin in the resort but nothing some ear plugs don’t fix. Pros: - The customer service was immaculate - food is very yummy at the snack areas and restaurants - Great good location for snacks everything was right by the pool and they would bring the food to you as well - Beach club was beautiful and the pool are heated, I spent a day at the beach club and loved it - All the drinks I had by Eduardo at the pool and Mario at the bloom bar were amazing - We spent most of our time rotting in the pool getting drunk with Eduardo but the entertainment team was amazing and they really did their best to make sure everyone’s having a good time - We aren’t huge party people but the lobby got very lively after 10pm and the location was well thought out you couldn’t hear the music from your rooms and the DJ was great Cons: - I didn’t enjoy the buffet food, the selection was small and food wasn’t good. But I’m also a picky person and my bf enjoyed everything. - While all the food tasted good, the beef skewers at the Japanese were so chewy I couldn’t eat it - Wish the Ceviche bar was located a little closer it feels disconnected - Wish the upstairs pool was heated it was way too cold so we didn’t take advantage of that perk - Japanese restaurant was way too windy they need to install some kind of wind barrier so you can actually enjoy dinner upstairs Even with the few complaints I have it’s not enough to knock it down a star for me. Me and my boyfriend had an amazing time and can’t wait to come back. Thank you for the amazing vacation!!

What a great vacation at the Hyatt
From the moment we arrived at the front lobby to the day we left, we had the most excellent service from all staff members. My shout out goes to Aaron at the French restaurant, Edwardo at the Italian restaurant and Adam at the lobby bar who made our stay extra special. Check in and check out was very easy. I recommend the view of the golf course where you see a gorgeous golf course, view of all the other hotels on the other side of it and you will see crocodiles on the golf course. From this side too, you get a beautiful view of the Gulf with its turquoise waters. The food in all the ala carts were exceptional. Our favourite is the French and the Italian which we went back to couple times each. Those were the most common favorites amongst the guests we met. Even tho the Hyatt is not on the beach, it was no big deal at all. The shuttle runs every 15 to 20 minutes and never had to wait more than 10 mins. It is only a 5 min ride. I am not sure why some people complain about it. It was nice because it felt like you were going to an excursion to the beach. The beach club was a blast. It had DJ Fabian Adasra who played some thumping beats which added to the feel of a "beach club" The sand was so nice, turquoise waters was beautiful. The beach club restaurant was great, the food was amazing too. Seafood soup and the shrimp tacos were my fav. If you want quite time at the pool, I recommend paying extra for the roof top pool. The main pools had the entertainment going on, but if you want a more peaceful relaxing time at a pool, the roof top pool is the place to be. Also, the view from there was breathtaking. Yes, there was construction next door at the new attached Dreams. It was barely noticeable and did not hinder our vacation. There was also a new hotel being build right beside the beach club, but also, and noise was barely noticeable. If you play pickleball, bring your rackets. We played in a tourny on the Wednesday afternoon and played other times with other guests. The 3 courts are very nice. I highly recommend this hotel. My wife and I would go back in a heartbeat.k

Jesus from the buffet is amazing! But honestly.. the staff here is unmatched! Will be back! Spa was AMAZING. Beds were comfy! Room was clean! And food was awesome. Pools & beach club were amazing. Attentive staff, spotless & safe. Cannot wait to come back!
