From the moment Oscar welcomed us out of the shuttle our experience was wonderful. Stayed in King Golf/Oceanview Vantage room. Perfect for the sunrise and watching golfers in the afternoon while enjoying a beverage on the balcony. Rooftop pool makes Vantage Club worth it. Uriel and his staff took excellent care of us everyday. From getting us chairs and towels to making sure we were enjoying our stay. Couldn’t do it in advance but found that if we waited till 9:00am on the day of, reservations were easy to make using the app. The Mediterranean restaurant had an excellent salmon. Fransico was an excellent waiter at the Italian restaurant. All in all a great trip and would definitely return to this resort.

Girls trip!
Had such a fun stay this week. Resort is very clean and the staff is wonderful. Very friendly and always keeping a drink in your hand. The beach club is a great time. There are fun activities throughout the day and the staff is great, especially Nef and Roger!

Great staff and service
I stayed here in late January on a girls trip. The rooms, food, and service were excellent. There was a wide variety of activities, and the entertainment staff was great. We enjoyed activities led by Nef and Roger. Jim from Fit Stay was a great yoga teacher, and the women who led the cacao ceremony and sound bath were phenomenal. I would return in a heartbeat.

Nef and Roger were amazing activity staff! They brought the energy and the fun and got everyone on their feet! My day was made by these two! I’m sad I didn’t win music trivia, but they still made it fun! Make sure to attend their activities when you stay.

Amazing Vacation!
We are wrapping up our week long stay at the Hyatt Vivid Grand Island and have nothing but good things to say. The food has been incredible, the service top notch, and the resort is beautiful. I’m excited to see what restaurants are added when the second half of the hotel opens later this year. We had an issue with our AC and it was fixed within the hour. The maintenance and cleaning crews kept the resort looking immaculate. The Mexican and French restaurants were our favorite for dinner but everything was delicious. Our server ordered for us at the Mexican and Japanese restaurants and we got a little taste of everything. Highly recommend ordering this way! The stars of the team are Guadalupe and Jesus at the ceviche restaurant. They make some amazing ceviche and we spent time every afternoon hanging out with them. Thank you so much for making our afternoon everyday! The beach club is about a 10 minute drive and the shuttle comes every 20 minutes. It’s very easy. The beach club is very beautiful and the food and drinks are delicious! Carlos (aka Carlito) keeps the drinks flowing and helped us celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday. The entertainment crew had no shortage activities between shows, spin and aerobics classes, and casino games. I’ve never seen more people participate in resort activities! My only change I would like to see at this resort is a working jacuzzi. Parts of the resort are still under construction so I’m sure this is coming in the future but the pool was a little too cold to enjoy first thing in the morning.
