Spent our Christmas vacation this year. Newer venue and well kept. While I stated it was family, we traveled with adult children as the location is adults only. The beach club was amazing, the pools, food and beach areas all over the top with friendly staff, anxious to please. Fun trip, enjoyed by all.

Had a relaxing week at Hyatt Vivid Grand Island that exceeded our expectations
We have stayed at the Hyatt Vivid Grand Island for a week in December. Our stay exceeded our expectation. First of all since the hotel is newly built, the rooms and facilities are extra clean, and you can see that the staff is paying attention to continue to keep it clean. In addition to the overall good state of the hotel, quality of the food was also great, restaurant/bar/buffet staff was attentive and the choices were plenty to keep us happy for a week. More importantly, hotel staff has been very friendly and ensured that us and other guests were taken well care of. We'd like to specially thank Joel from Beach Club, Diego from Vantage Breakfast, Gustavo from Pool bar, and Sophia, Lucy, Christian, Orlando, Cesar, Neftali, Penelope from Entertainment team for providing us an entertaining and relaxing week at the hotel. Our only worry heading to hotel was that you needed to take a short shuttle to go to the beach, however, beach club was worth visiting that this actually turned out to be a positive experience for us and we ended up going there more than once. Also, we'd like to note that there were plenty of activities throughout the day prepared by the entertainment team that we never had a dull moment in our stay. Since the hotel is new you can see that everyone at the hotel is trying to make sure that you have a positive experience during your stay. I hope they can maintain this level of quality, as we don't mind staying at this place again in the future.

Best hotel you can find in Cancun
Hytt Vivid Grand Island is pure magic! The vibes, the views, and especially the people are top-tier. Big shoutout to Orlando – the guy’s an absolute legend. He made everything feel effortless and went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. Managers, if you are reading this, give my man Orlando a promotion or bonus ;) If you’re looking for a place that feels like home but way better, this is it. Already counting down the days until I can come back! 🌴 Honest review: 9.38/10

Great experience!
Great place to vacation if you like lowkey quiet! The staff was very kind and accommodating. Our favorite staff member was Oscar Bellmon (valet) and Joel (beach club) they made us feel so welcomed and comfortable! The beach club was great to visit and had a very beautiful view! I would definitely stay again!

Hyatt Vivid Grand Island swiming pool area
We had an excellent time at The Hub restaurant! The atmosphere around the pool is really pleasant, perfect for a snack between swims. A big thank you to our server Guadalupe, who was attentive throughout our stay. His warm welcome and dish recommendations were perfect—everything he suggested was delicious! We’ll gladly come back to enjoy this unique experience again. Thank you to him!
