There are better options for the same price. Not a 5 star, more like 3.5 stars. Great if you have little kids. Poor food at 5 star prices. Go somewhere else. Check in can take hours, long lines. Folks arrived at 5.30 pm and rooms weren't even ready when check in is at 4pm. This is after standing in check in line for 30 minutes or more.

Room was beautiful and very clean. More lounge chairs are needed along the beach. There were never enough. Restaurants on site were already booked up the nights we were there. It’s a mile or 2 to get out to the highway. More nice food options are needed. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The New Year’s Eve party was underwhelming after spending $275 per person for tickets.

Carlos Villalobo was amazing . He was attentive, friendly, and was an absolute pleasure to meet. We were so excited about the resort but have now found that our favorite part has been finishing the night at the lobby bar with Carlos. If you are visiting , make sure to visit the lobby bar because the staff is fantastic.

Incredible Staff and Views
Beautiful resort. Lots of kids. Spacious property with a ton of amenities. The staff was the best part. Everybody was so welcoming especially the lobby bar guys Carlos V and Ricardo. Christina at Nectar was awesome as well. Cannot wait to come back

Amazing time
Ricardo the bartender was great annd helped out with drink despite the dietary restriction I have and the service was great! Service in my room was amazing as well. I loved it so much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
