    Quick getaway……..

    From beginning to end our time here was great. The property is very well maintained, the room was very clean no issues with noise or anything negative. Breakfast is very good and a decent variety is offered daily. The staff is very polite and attentive. The pool area is small but nice, the water is very well kept. If you’re looking to spend sometime gambling the Casino is a short walk across the parking lot. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking to stay in this area of Puerto Rico.

    Worst hotel stay ever

    The managment at this staff are the worst that I have EVER encountered. I was given the wrong room and lied to about it. When I asked for the correct room or a partial refund I was given nothing but attitude. About an hour later I was called to say someone canceled and I could now have the right room. Meaning the room was available when I checked in. The managment was so rude that they hung up on Hyatt corporate when they called attempting to help me out.

    Definitely recommend!

    The staff was very friendly and helpful. Lobby was well appointed and inviting. The room very spacious and clean. The bed! The bed and pillows were unbelievably comfy — I passed out immediately. The breakfast spread had eggs, pancakes, bread, toast, oatmeal, lots of fresh fruit, and juice and coffee. Would definitely return here!

    Excellent Service and Location

    Very clean, business oriented facilities and near to lunch/dinner alternatives. The personnel is very nice. The gym has excellent equipment for my routine. The breakfast buffet includes alternatives for all taste. The parking is convenient.

    Excellent

    Excellent place to stay with family. Very clean and friendly staff. Near beaches, highway, grocery stores and restaurants. Love staring the day with a good breakfast with many options at the hotel. Second time staying here and look forward to next year again.
