Clean, and very nice looking hotel with very friendly, professional and helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of options. Nice gym as well. Plenty of parking. I have family and friends nearby and will definitely stay here again.

Great location with friendly staff .
Super friendly staff, beautiful lobby and breakfast area. Nice breakfast with gluten free options. The pool was small, but clean and private, very nice. And in a nice location, near the toll road, and lots of restaurants and super Walmart one mile away.

A Difficult Time
During the difficult time of returning to Puerto Rico for the funeral services of my mother-n law was made easier because we were able to connect with Isaac Varon at the Hyatt of Manati. He made this time a more smoother process. My husband and siblings were able to book at the hotel and it was conveniently located for all the services. Thank you, Issac for accommodating our family at this time! Jovaniel was very helpful during our check in late that night. Thank you, Jovaniel!

Delicious Flavors, Cozy Atmosphere
I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped. I especially loved the complimentary breakfast; it had a great variety! The location was perfect for exploring the area. Overall, a fantastic experience that exceeded my expectations! Highly recommend!

Very Nice Hotel
This is a nice place, in a nice location, and reasonable priced. There are also plenty of places to eat near by. There are many things to do in the area and we enjoyed are stay. Next time we need a place to stay in the Manati area we would definitely stay here again.
