Hotel stay was good, but attempts to correct billing errors have not been successful.
Our cruise came to an abrupt end when my husband got sick and was sent to the emergency room in Aruba. We scrambled to make arrangements to get back home, which included a one-night stay in the Hyatt Place Aruba Airport hotel. All was good during our stay and hotel staff was very helpful getting our luggage to the airport. Upon arriving home, we discovered that our credit card had been charges for two nights at $237.15 (the quoted price) plus an additional $389.42. We have received no response to our inquiries regarding these overcharges.

Great Convenient Hotel
The staff at this hotel is exceptional. The hotel is very convenient to the airport which suited our needs. The beach is a little way away but there is a free shuttle. The lunch buffet was delicious and they accommodated a last minute lunch for 12 people with ease.

Great hotel,location was perfect for our needs. Staff helpful Comfortable large room. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. Would recommend for people extending their vacations or want to start vacation early as is within a short walk to airport.

Warning - Hyatt Place in Aruba will not refund points nor cash if you have your flight cancelation.
I could not believe how we were treated by Hyatt. I used $75 cash and points to lock in an overnight stay. Unfortunately hurricane Helene cancelled our flight to Aruba. When I called to explain the problem they said there would not be any refund of money or points. I got ahold of American Airlines and they too were helpful but the Hotel would not refund anything. It was out of our hands.
