Mar 20, 2025No sense of urgency
My overall stay was amazing!! Just found it a little weird that when I told front desk that my room ceiling was leaking the young man first told me he will be sending maintenance right away! They never came so I had to get ready with water on the floor, I eventually had to lay many towels. When checking out , I alerted him again that no one ever came . He then told me it's because I'm checking out today they will go to the room once I leave. The sense of urgency was not there. It would have been nice to know someone cared that I had a puddle of water inside my room whether I was checking out that day or not.

Mold smell is terrible. Shower overflowed. Signage not clear and not enough of it. Would not recommend staying at this hotel, thankfully we were there one night only. I can't comment on the breakfast as we did not partake. Bed was comfortable and clean.

Mar 13, 2025WHAT A GREAT HOTEL
The hotel is new and very clean. The free breakfast was very good and much appreciated. The staff were amazing - we found ourselves in Aruba due to a missed connection in the states (trying to get to Curacao) - we had the airline fly us to Aruba since it's close to Curacao and no flights available to Curacao for 2 days. The Hyatt Place Aruba Airport was the perfect place to land - they are steps from the airport. The nightly rate was great, as the hotels in downtown Aruba cost almost twice as much. We also took advantage of the 1/2 day rate the next day since our fight to Curacao was not until 7:00pm. I definitely recommend and would stay there again.

Hate to leave Aruba
It’s so easy to stay here. The hotel is reasonable, has anything you need, and is just steps from the airport and rental car agencies. A decent breakfast is also included and they have a lovely pool. However, what really sets this place apart is the friendly desk staff. Shyquon helped us several times and was just a lovely human. This is a great place to stay if you have a rental car to explore the island and want to stay in a convenient place away from the craziness of Palm Beach.

Nice AIRPORT hotel
Hotel is a good option if you have a late night arrival, or early morning departure. Beds are VERY comfortable. Rooms are spacious. Breakfast is included, with lots of options. Feels secure b/c you can't use the elevator to get to the room-levels without a key.
