A Delightful Stopover Before Our Flight To London We didn’t stay at the hotel, but we stopped by for lunch while waiting for our flight. Instead of spending hours at the airport, we decided to pop in and we’re glad we did! Xylon greeted us with warmth and enthusiasm, setting the tone for a great experience. Our order arrived promptly, and our server, Luis, was incredibly friendly and full of energy. The rest of the staff were just as welcoming. The lobby, restaurant, and outdoor pool were spotless and beautifully designed. Hyatt Hotels and their outlets never fail to impress!

Definitely coming back
This facility is beautiful!!! Definitely recommend so close to the airport and free breakfast. 24 hour fitness center which I enjoyed before out day out on the island. I am planning to come back and bring my other family. The room service cleaning is spectacular. They clean everyday with fresh towels and washcloth

Feb 04, 2025Not Up to Hyatt Standards
The hotel is in a very convenient location just a few yards the airport. It's modern, clean and on the surface meets the standards of Hyatt. For us when the water pressure in our bathroom sink was so poor, it could not be used, convenience, cleanliness and the hotel's motif meant nothing. The hotel's maintenance person claimed the trickle of water that came out of our bathroom sink was normal and the hotel made no offer to change our room. What could have been a 5-star stay turned into 2 stars at best. The Hyatt Place Aruba Airport does not meet Hyatt standards.

I love that the Hotel is a 2min walk to the Airport. The Hotel Staff service was on point, special shout out to Quianna Meyers for your exemplary care and attention.. Buffet Breakfast was nice and fresh every morning. Regards Ingrid Holder (Barbados)

I'll be back. Because it was clean and they were very helpful
Breakfast and staff was amazing. I'll be back with kids next time. Nothing was to far from here. Car Rentals were across the street. Hotel was across the street. No need for taxi because everything was there unless you wanted to party. Which was only about 15 mins. But with car rental and only paying $12 a day for parking wasn't bad and well worth it. They do have a shuttle to take you to 3 places. But I wanted to stay out pass 330pm. So, car rental was needed for me. But I loved it.

- General Policies: No extra charge for children 17 and under, as long as they are accompanied by an adult.
- Kids Stay Free Policy : Maximum number of children per paid adult: 0Maximum child age: 17
- Pet Policy : Pets Not Allowed
