The beds are super comfortable, the resort is beautiful and the staff are friendly. In particular, Ramon was the best server we have EVER had. He would go above and beyond to make our dining experience truly special. He would have our drinks at our table waiting as soon as we walked in the door. He would greet us with a smile and asked us about our day. He would do anything to accommodate our dining needs. We valued him so much we would follow him to the various restaurants. (DaVinci and Agave) If you have the pleasure of him serving you please take good care of him- he is one in a million! Lastly the chef Auri is phenomenal she goes above and beyond to make sure each customer has the absolute best dining experience. Her dishes she creates are absolutely delicious and one of a kind. She is the chef at DaVinci and Agave.

SULENNNE AND LEABITT
First of all, I want to thank Sulennne and Leabitt for being amazing, super nice, professional people!!!!!! They both made our stay, that much better. Their hospitality, checking on us, making sure we were happy, enjoying ourselves, was top tier. We love this place, and we will be back soon for the 5th time,God willing. Thank you all for everything!

Very nice location close to both Oranjestad as well as the airport… The hotel is located on the beach side and offers different swimming pools just next to the sea… The all inclusive package includes all basics one can expect from a standard all inn package but the variety in food, mainly breakfast and the evening dinner buffet could be extended, which does not always requires an increased food cost but more creativity maybe. Our first stay was in 2001 and some areas remained unchanged and might require some contemporary uplifts (floors, paint, furniture) … Having said that, value for money wise this is still a great place to stay !

Amazing family vacation
We are having a great stay. Clean comfortable rooms. Nice pool the only thing is that people put towels to reserve chairs and don’t use them for hours and when you don’t wake up early it’s hard to find a chair unless you pay for cabanas. Beach is nice and well taken care off. Friendly staff. They only think is they don’t have microwave any where in the resort to warm up food .

Beautiful views from everywhere
Great staff, amazing food, beautiful grounds, walk right up to the beach, super clean, numerous places to eat and shop, great pools! The staff were amazing. The restaurants on premises made special food orders( due to food allergies) with no problem! I would DEFINITELY stay there again. Shopping/stores were right across the street
