Ashley the boot camp and Pound instructor was fun and gave us a good workout routine every day. And the activities team (especially Kax, Leon) were very friendly, active, and fun. They all made our stay more enjoyable! Would definitely consider coming back.

Irving the Goat
Irving at the hotel lobby bar is the best bartender ever. Amazing service and cocktail mixing ability. Overall, great facilities, food & service. Beautiful beach, clear turquoise water. Recommend jet skiing and parasailing, it was a blast

Cleanest beach in Cancun hotel zone, Clean room, Excellent staff and service!
Hilton Cancun Mar caribe, One of the cleanest beach in Cancun hotel zone area. We booked the Enclave suite, which had additional perks like exclusive drinks, separate sitting areas at the beach, 1 free hydrotherapy, a terrace cafe exclusive for Enclave guests! Total worth of the price. Rooms were clean, we had a little leaking but the staff fixed it right away which was right on service. The staff is amazing!! Excellent service. All the restaurants have lots of food choices. We are vegetarian, and we had lots of choices. Some restaurants are happy to modify the food to make it vegetarian. All the servers are amazing! All the staff is awesome, always ready for the service! Personal shoutout to one of the server- Gustavo. He served us breakfast for day 1 at Vela restaurant, and in few days he remembered our order!! We will definitely consider again when we are back in Cancun. Thank you!

During our recent trip to Cancun, my husband and I treated ourselves to a luxurious deep tissue couple's massage, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived at the spa, we were greeted with warm smiles and refreshing drinks, setting the tone for complete relaxation. Our therapists, Sheyla and Fernanda were highly skilled and attentive, taking the time to assess our needs before beginning the treatment. Poor service. Noisy, poor rest. No consideration at all. Utterly disappointing and not worth the price. Maids played loud music while working. Front desk zero help, difficult to make dinner reservations. Not worthy of Hilton name. Avoid like the plague.
