    Overall we rate this resort 10 out of 10. We particularly liked the Diamond Club service, the various restaurants including the buffet, the many bars, the entertainment in the evenings, and the setting along the beach. Very relaxing and comfortable.

    I would NOT consider a future visit.

    Our recent stay at Hideaway at Royalton Blue Waters in Jamaica was a mix of highs and lows. While there were definitely some standout moments, the overall experience didn’t quite live up to our expectations for a luxury suite. Read as many other reviews as you can to make a better decision. The Good: • Food & Drinks: The food was generally good. The buffet had a solid selection, the jerk hut was absolutely exceptional, and the gelato and coffee shop were fantastic. The à la carte restaurants were okay. None that I would want to revisit. • Bar Staff: The bar service was top-notch! Kimone at the pool bar was amazing—she made sure we always had a cold drink in hand. Mama Lisa and Julia at the Aquarius bar was also fantastic, making every visit a pleasure. • Photography & Entertainment: TJ, the photographer, was excellent. He had a great sense of humor and made the photo sessions fun. Jordan from the event staff was also great to chat with and kept things lively. Live shows were fun. The Not-So-Good: • Room Issues: Unfortunately, the suite didn’t meet our expectations for luxury. The patio door glass was cracked, and the exhaust fan in the washroom didn’t work. • Water Temperature: One of the biggest frustrations was the shower—the water kept alternating between extremely hot and cold, which made for an uncomfortable experience. Overall Verdict: While the resort had some highlights—especially the staff—the room conditions and maintenance issues left a bit to be desired. The music, I wished they played more reggae and had an actual DJ. If you’re looking for great service and place to chill at, this could still be a good option, but if luxury accommodations are your priority, you might want to manage your expectations.

    KEEP LOOKING IN MONTEGO BAY!

    NOT RECOMMENDED! Beautiful once you get to the resort but ... If you truly want an adult only vacation go elsewhere. All inclusive with watered down drinks is a total rip off. When I tell you I drank all day and barely got a buzz believe it. Order a shot of your favorite and you'll see what I mean. The resort is not in Montego Bay and pretty much off on its own. Nothing really close worth checking out. The staff was friendly and accommodating and we had no issues with our room or the food, but that's not enough for me to ever come back. We paid way too much for what we received, but did our best to make the most of it.

    Kickboxing was dope

    Kickboxing with Jorge was great. Loved his enthusiasm and he pushed me to get a good sweat. He also had very helpful tips in regards to kickboxing form. Apart from the session Jorge seemed like a very genuine and knowledgeable individual. So far, he is the staff member I’ve enjoyed interacting with the most without a doubt. 🫶🙌

    Great vacation!

    A very friendly staff and fun resort. Our butler, Kamil aka Jamazing, was so helpful and made sure we stayed well fed. The fitness trainer, Travis, was very nice and made sure we worked off the food and red stripes. We really enjoyed our second trip to this resort.
