Enjoyed our time. Spent a lot of time at the spa where Heriberto gave phenomenal massages. So amazing. Rafa in the buffet has such an energetic personality and an amazing smile. Dulce in the Posh Salon was so genuine and gave me wonderful braids that have held wonderfully and didn’t hurt a bunch. Tucson in the vacation planners helped make sure all of my spa appointments were booked perfectly and went out of his way to make what I wanted happen. Daniel from the Legendary group greeted us and checked in on us throughout the week.

Great Stay at the Hard Rock Vallarta
Just back from a week at Hard Rock Vallarta. 6th Jan to 10th Jan. We were in Puerto Vallarta with friends at a Villa and extended our stay for a week at the Hard Rock. We stayed at in a Rock Royalty Ocean View room. In summary it was a really great experience. Only one minor issue - the closet space isn’t huge (but also we may have just had too many clothes as we were out for 2 weeks!). The food is really good for an all inclusive. But the thing that makes the place without doubt is the staff. They are all excellent. All the servers and waiters in the restaurants (special shout out to a waiter at the market - forget his name but he was young tall with big hair - so happy and welcoming). The coffee lady we saw at 7am every morning (believe her name was Geymer). Always so happy and would inform us about the Mexican traditions which were happening over the holiday period. And our beach servers - big big shout out to Israel and Elisabeth. Who were such a laugh and really helped to make it a great break for us. Thanks to all the staff during this period who made our stay the best.

This week was so fun!! Entertainment staff (Kevin, Canelo, Georgia, Teresa, Reed, etc.) were so fun and engaging. They were great at volleyball but so nice :) Our waiter Oscar was great and very attentive all week. Would highly recommend HRH Vallarta!

Hard ROCK!!
Canelo and Kevin were the greatest entertainment staff I have ever met. One of the best trips I have been on. They made our trip way more fun, including great shows and competitions. Were here for a good time, not a long time, and they definitely succeeded in making it a great time

Great experience
Staff is incredible, canelo, Kevin, teresa. They are the entertainment staff, they are professional and polite. They are pretty good at volleyball, we beat them a couple of times.... Hotel is great they have bunch of activities, food is great.
