Playground Paradise
Activities include playing in the giant ball pit, crossing the crocodile river, gliding on the mini zip line, and sliding down various slides. This is in addition to the obstacle structure we’ve had in operation for several months, which consists of an elevated obstacle circuit at 12 feet (3.65 m) high with varying levels of difficulty.
To use the obstacle course, slides, and soft play area, parents must read, agree to, and sign the Vibe City liability waiver. No child may enter the areas without the supervision of a parent or guardian. Children can use both amenities as often as they like, always following the instructions of Vibe City staff. The soft play & slides area includes 8 obstacles, 6 slides, plus a toddler area for children aged 0 to 3 accompanied by their parents. The large obstacle course features 17 different obstacles, 3 exits, and 1 entrance, all within a safe environment of nets and soft platforms.
The maximum capacity is 10 for the toddler area (including parents and children), 15 participants for the soft play & slides, and 18 participants for the obstacle course at the same time, plus 2 staff members.

Fabulous trip to Hard Rock Riviera Maya with two of our favorite couples. Food was superb. Shows very entertaining. Staff outstanding. We were assisted by our butlers, Moises and Paola, who worked tirelessly to insure we had convenient dinner reservations, spa treatments, and preferred seats at the shows. They also organized our airport transfers and generally made our stay stress free! We will definitely request Moises and Paola as our butlers on our next visit unless Legendary has promoted them by then.

***The ROCKSTARS of Hard Rock***
Our family stayed here in January, and we could not be more impressed by this resort! It is a beautiful resort, the grounds are lush, the pools are clean, and the beach is fantastic. However, that’s not even the best part. The REAL honourable mention goes out to THE ROCKSTARS OF HARD ROCK!! He has an anaphylactic allergy, and we were asked multiple times if we had allergies and they wrote & highlighted a special note for the table, and prepared special meals to guarantee no cross contamination. We cannot thank them all enough!!! We WILL be back.

AMAZING STAY AT THE HARD ROCK!
This resort exceeded beyond our expectations. My family and I travelled to Mexico in November for my Moms 65th birthday. We read the reviews before hand and after haven been there we were shocked that some people had bad experiences. The staff were outstanding, I wish I knew all of their names, but we never had 1 bad experience with anyone. They were extremely polite, always willing to do anything for you, checked in to make sure things were okay and were always smiling. From the restaurants, to entertainment, to housekeeping, the front desk, the gym, bartenders & gardeners.. they truly made our experience the absolute best, especially my mom who was celebrated every night for her birthday with cake, candles, balloons, sparklers!!! The resort was incredible. My family were in the kids section and my husband and i were in the adult section. It was a quick golf cart ride between or a 10 min walk along the ocean side to get to one another. It was nice to have the option to do either and both sections offered something different whether to sit and relax or enjoy some fun. The detail in the resort was outstanding. The memorabilia throughout the resort from famous rock stars or the detail and thought that went into the lobbys, rooms, etc. There was ample amount to do. The water slides were a big hit for my niece and nephews- they never went bored and were always entertained. The food was fantastic - the a la cartes were super easy to get into if you go early (5) and the food was delicious. There were ample amount of options from each restaurant you went to and the taste of everything did not disappoint. The entertainment was spot on. From rock shows, neon light show (the best!), silent party, Queen, pool party, flame throwers - it was some of the best i had ever been to! Thank you to the Hard Rock Cafe for making it such a memorable trip!! :)

Jan 28, 2025Hard Rock Riviera Maya hotel vacation
My wife and I vacationed at Hard Rock Riviera Maya hotel last week. The service provided by the butlers Moise and Paola was very good and they were attentive to our requests. The best experience was at the Faro restaurant where they went above and beyond in providing excellent service. From the manager Maria, server Brenda and chef Sol they complimented us with great service and special requests. Kudos to Mateo, Apol and host Poalo. Need to recognize our HOF pool waiter Angel. We found him to be delightful and professional. The one big regret and complaint was that there were too many kids. Both lobbies are now being occupied by families with kids, Where as in the past it use to be one side for adults and the other side for families. They claim to have an adult area but it is limited. I speak not only for myself but for others who are long time members. They need to go back to the way it was or they will lose members to other hotels.

great stay
We just came back from the Hard Rock and it did not disappoint! We had 18 in our group we found chairs at the pool no problem, Dinner at the different restaurants was terrific, especially the Hibachi! A big shout out to the pool crew, Danny, Obi, Martini and Luna they really went out of their way to keep us entertained! One thing that really impressed me from the front desk workers to the golf cart drivers, the wait staff, the bartenders, the cleaning crew, everyone always said hello with a smile when we walked by. That to me means alot! we will come back!
