  Great family getaway.

  Very nice resort, with beautiful location. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were nice and clean. We loved our poolside waiter Sergio Garza. Sergio attended to our every need, was extremely fun, and the kids loved him! A great place for a family getaway!

  Rock on

  We had the most wonderful trip. Everything at the resort is high end and food is great. Particular shout out to our butler Oscar who was simply amazing and did all sorts of scheduling for us (and we had to move things around at times). Also Atzin was great but had most interaction with Oscar. We are ready to go back!!!

  Unforgettable Senior Spring Break at Hard Rock Los Cabos

  Enjoyed our Spring Break at Hard Rock Los Cabos! Although it was windy for most of our stay, we still enjoyed the pools and poolside activities like water aerobics, foam parties, and the live band. They even let our crew sing and play guitar... a true Rockstar experience! Shoutout to Dani for ensuring we had the best chairs at the Legendary pool. Neto kept our cups full, but Ramon's energy, willingness to find ingredients to create custom cocktails, multiple pizza runs, and help with performing the ice bucket challenge, pushed our experience over the top. We traveled with 8 families, totaling a party of 35. Coordination was key, and we want to give a huge thank you to our butlers, Chetan Phondekar and Edson Solano, for making this a breeze by booking dining, golf, spa, and Escapology reservations, and holding seats at the nightly shows for our large group. You both made this trip truly memorable for our graduates and families! Most of the restaurants did a good job with our large group, with an exception of Toro. We waited close to 3-hours for our main courses and missed seeing the show that night. Overall staff attentativeness was great and rooms were clean. We spent most of our time outside of our rooms enjoying the bars, pop-up Mexican coffee cart, and Cafetto for late night gelato.

  April getaway to HR

  The Hard rock Los Cabos is a Great resort with a lot to offer, and fantastic entertainment. The staff go above and beyond, & I’d like to personally thank Laura Flores. She personally went out of her way to ensure I had an amazing birthday :) Thank you Laura!!

  Disappointing experience at a resort that could have been amazing.

  Our stay at the Hard Rock Cabo was NOT one of our best vacations and we will not go back. LOCATION- not good First, the resort is on the Pacific side of Cabo which means you CANNOT go in the water and the beach is basically unusable. If you like the beach slip this resort. Second, the location of the resort is also very windy, it’s late April and we had chilly nights and very windy days with a high of 74 most days. Bottom line, the location is not good. FOOD AND FACILITIES - excellent Other than that, the food is very good and the selection of restaurants is excellent. The resort is new and facilities and rooms are very nice and kept up very well. SERVICE - it depends, can be exceptional or very bad. The kids club crew was AMAZING, Jackie, Sonia, Ashley and Zaida were fantastic with our kids and they have so many great activities - our kids wanted to go back every day! The service in the pools and the reception is of a 3-star resort at best. Most employees are angry, unaccommodating and often unapologetic. The check in process takes over 20 minutes per room which makes for a VERY long line at check in. It is overly complicated and unnecessarily long. The check out process was a shame. They tried to charge us for movies that were ordered in the room and actually were never watched. We never ordered these movies and the whole thing was $28. They made the biggest deal out of it instead of just listening to the customer and removing that charge. We had other charges on the room that were legit and we happily paid it. I found it a very bad customer service. We left with a very bad taste. Manny at concierge was beyond incredible. He sent us the daily activities every day and was so accommodating to every request. He is one of the best employees of this resort. Overall, I would choose a different resort next time for our family vacation, one that has a beach we can access, warmer location and much better service.
