Amazing resort!! Staff was all incredible! Salvador and Danny Blood really took care of us. Sergio Garza at the Eden pool made sure we never had an empty glass. Made us feel like VIP. Meals were great. Escape Rooms were so much fun! We will be back!

Great Experience!
I really enjoyed our time at Los Cabo Hard Rock. The experience was exceptional. Our butlers-- Chetan Phondeker and Jonathan Hernandez -- were unbelievably attentive to our group (of 15!) and were instrumental in the good time we all had. Highly recommend!

Fun and Relaxation!!
This has been a great experience for us. It came highly recommended from our daughter who just spent 11 days here a few months ago. It really felt like we were in a high end cruise ship as the entertainment crew especially Lorena, Andres, Katie, and Sebastion were always there with their positive personalities getting us to join in a game of dominoes or black jack and other fun pool side events. Every morning we were treated by Miguel or Davide who were always there to make sure we were looked after as we lounged around poolside. They were so genuine and attentive. And of course the pool side bar staff.. shout out to Israel, Manuel Carlos and all the staff who were constantly making our stay enjoyable. The grounds were pristine with all trades constantly making sure everything looked perfecto! It was out first time in Mexico and we decided to stay on property the entire time as we had great fun with a balance of relaxation and experience. You can definitely tell everyone has gone through some high end training but the people themselves go above and beyond just naturally. Viva Mexico!

Feb 04, 2025We love the views but the coat and the lack of maintenance and poor planning on the resturants was not a good thing.
Poor house keeping. Not enough towels or hand towels. Didn't restock drinks snack bar without us calling. Asked for sheet on the bed to be changed from day one because of blood stains, never happened. TV Didn't work properly on the stations. Reported 3 times. Had to ask for fans because of the mildew smell in the room. Lotion was never replenished. Had to request toilet paper, was not left one day. Food. We went to toro 3 times our order got lost one time. Next time after we recourse meal, never received refills and had to flag a person down to ask about getting a dessert. We ordered dessert then after waiting 20minutes we were told they ran out ofice cream, they had only been open 1.5 hours. So they just brought out a dessert we didn't request. We just left. We went to. Ciao for dinner and we ordered our food My wife ordered soup with her meal. It didn't show up, but her meal did 20 minutes before the rest of the table got there meals. Hers was cold waiting for everyone else to get there dinner. What a sad show of running a restaurant. On Thursday evening 3 resturants were closed at the same time?? Left only a few choices to eat. Once again poor management of planning. We pay $10,000 to come here for a vacation, after the dissatisfaction on this trip we are wondering if we will return. I have paid for my son to be here 3 times and paid for my daughter's honeymoon to come here. My wife and I have been her twice. The first time was incredible, this time has been one disappointment after another. William Kaiser room 2606

Exceptional experience at Hard Rock
Everything about our recent stay at the hard rock los cabos was beyond our expectations, the resort is very clean, food was excellent and service impeccable. Especially Manny who has taken care of us and made sure we were having a good stay and answered any questions we may have also let us know about any activities. I highly recommend this resort and will definitely be returning! Thank you hard rock staff for making our vacation truly exceptional
