The hotel staff were amazing in all areas from check-in, housekeeping, restaurant services and check-out with rides and luggage. The property is very well kept. The hotel pool area and restaurants are beautiful. Our ocean view room was stellar. 24 hr room service no charge, except for tipping and the room fridge was always stocked with water. 10/10 Zen was our favourite restaurant on the property, by far. This was consistent with all the other guests we met. Our chef for the evening was entertaining and funny! Ciao was our second favourite, more formal and elegant... 5 stars to these 2 spots. Toro and Isla were good, but not our top picks. 3 downfalls: 1. The persistence of the Legendary memberships time share shenanigan’s. We received calls multiple days to attend meetings before we even woke up. We pay a lot of money to enjoy our vacation for a week or two, I am not on call for meetings. I had to unplug the room phone. 2. The main bar and lounge area is located in the middle of the hotel. The noise in the lobby and coming off the elevators can be overwhelming, if you aren’t in the mood. 3. Spa services at all hotels are over priced, which we were okay with on our rainy day… But, the Rock Spa offers a 50 minute massage $$$ and only massage your back. No legs, feet, shoulders etc. We won’t be back to this area or the hotel for the 4 ppl that booked. Bamboo Spa is a 5 minute walk from the hotel with better prices and a better experience.

Our January trip to HRC with 10 of our friends was absolutely Amazing! It’s always so awesome to share this beautiful hotel, magnificent beach & top tier staff with our friends who have never been to Mexico. They were blown away to say the least. Our butlers Jessy & Kevoy did a wonderful job managing our stay down to the last second. The pool, drink/bar staff & entertainment was always on point thanks to Angel, Jesus, Jonas & Jonathan. We appreciate everyone who made this week such great memories for all of us!! See you in March.

Jan 26, 2025Hard Rock Hotel 2025.
Check-in was a complete nightmare with the sales team trying to persuade us to upgrade our holiday and lying that we was on some VIP list, complete scam. It took 1 hour 30 minutes to get the keys to the room. Really was not a good first impression! The Room - Was okay, not much storage space, toilet made a whistling noise randomly through the day and night. AC was noisy and the room in general is in need of a good makeover. The Hotel- Staff were friendly and helpful. The resort was clean and tidy but showing signs of wear & tear due to age. Sunbeds are a free for all and if you want one be sure to get up early. Food was good especially the steak house and italian restaurant if you want to eat after 6.30pm be prepared to cue, only one restaurant allows reservations. The buffet is okay for breakfast but for lunch and evening meals it does not meet the expectations you would expect for the price tag of the stay. The pool entertainment is okay but repetitive. The Gym is small but adequate for a workout. Overall we would not stay at the hotel again and it was not worth the money paid. It is in desperate need of a renovation and the sales team are just simply annoying.

30th Birthday Celebration
We celebrated the week of my 30th birthday at the Hard Rock Cancun and overall it was a blast! The resort was beautiful, the food and drinks were delicious, and our amazing butlers Kevoy and Jessy helped make our stay wonderful. We did have some issues with communication between the Vacation Planners when it came to explaining that we had 3 couples coming with us, that should have access to our benefits, one of which was only coming for a portion of the trip. However we made it work in the end. Also, one of the couples placed a banner in our doorway that read “Talk Thirty To Me” and we got called to remove it as it’s a “family hotel” even though there wasn’t anything offensive about it. Meanwhile, there are women walking around in thong bikinis and dancing to songs with suggestive lyrics all day long at the pool. Which I don’t have an issue with as I don’t have children but if you’re going to enforce rules, it’s my suggestion you do it fairly. We also got phone calls every other day from the front desk around 8am asking if we need anything which was just a bit too early for our liking as we were staying up decently late celebrating each evening. In total, it was a great trip to celebrate my 30th and our butlers really went above and beyond to make it great.

Absolutely fantastic. Fantastic holiday at HR Cancun. Hotel is absolutely fantastic, first the cleanliness of the hotel was very impressive, room service always cleaned our room very well. The concierge was frequently phoning our room to make sure everything was ok and to see if they could do anything extra for us. This impressed me and shows the hotel is committed to great quality service. We received a turndown service every night even without this being requested. The service was fantastic. - Tepanyaki show was a fantastic experience. Food here is amazing, especially for an all inclusive. Plenty of options and different restaurants. All food quality is amazing. Reynaldo and Carlos at Diego’s bar have brilliant service and very nice people. We will definitely be back here! 10/10!
