We had a great time at Grand Velas per usual. Place is 5 stars from the second you show up. Great service, great food and great for kids! HUGE shoutout to: Luis Pablo (Concierge)- he was FANTASTIC! So great with the entire family and made everything so easy and relaxing. He was around all the time checking on us and if we had any request he made it happen. Hugo Ardines (pool concierge)- so fun to be around and was always so friendly. Kids LOVED him! Ericson (Koi Bar)- very friendly and makes the best espresso martini!

Can’t wait to go back!
Just returned from the most wonderful week at Grand Velas. From start to finish, it was fantastic- the food, grounds, and best of all, the staff- who really went above and beyond to make our experience top notch. Shout out to Louis Pablo, who has to be the best concierge around and made everything happen. Kids club was also great, we loved Karla! We can’t wait to return.

Gorgeous place to be!
Wow what an amazing place!!! The grounds are so beautiful and breathtaking! Pool setting and beach are spectacular! Everything is super clean. You will not find a flaw!!! Very professional in every aspect. Perfect setting with wonderful food and service. Top notch 100%. I would highly recommend this place to everyone!

Grand Velas - OUTSTANDING
I would highly recommend Grand Velas in Cabo…the resort was perfect for our family of 20. The amenities, service, hospitality and food were outstanding. Special mention goes to Luis Pablo our conceriage as he was FANTASTIC and was always willing to assist!

The Carmody and Marino’s New Year Trip
Our entire family experience was fantastic. Our family concierge Luis Pablo made the trip relaxing with always being there for our needs. He is now a new friend which we would highly recommend again. The resort was excellent and we look forward to returning again soon.
