We visited Grand Velas Los Cabos for the first time recently to celebrate my husband's 40th birthday. Everything about the trip was outstanding. The service at the hotel is so personalized. Our concierge, Luisa, was kind and helped us manage all of our reservations. We dined at most of the restaurants on the property and the food was so so good! We loved the tasting menu at Cocina de Autor (the welcome drinks blew my mind), and our kids did not want to leave the kids club. That's the other highlight for us: THE KIDS CLUB! We have two daughters and they made friends at the kids club and the counselors were so caring and involved. They had different activities throughout the day, and I couldn't believe how much fun our girls had. We checked in multiple times to see if we could pick them up to hang out with us and they just wanted to stay. Thank you to the wonderful counselors/caretakers at the Kids Club - Alejandra, Itzel, Sofia, Alex, Karla, and Yaneli! We can't wait to be back!!

Excellent stay at Grand Velas
We had a great time staying at the Grand Velas resort. It was our first time in Mexico and Ana our concierge was the best! She answered all our questions and kept in constant communications to made sure we knew all events. We ate at Lucca and Frida and the food was delicious and the attention to detail from the wait staff was superb! We will definitely book another trip here.

Best Resort Overall!
Grand Velas Los Cabos was an absolutely beautiful resort! My husband and I had the best time from dining to walks on the beach to laying by the pool and late night karaoke. With the help of our concierge, JOSUE everything went perfectly. He was beyond helpful texting me the daily activities, menus throughout the restaurant, including room service and taking care of every need. Best vacation EVER!
Absolutely stunning location and the service was TOP NOTCH! Could have not asked for a better crew. They were either us every step of he way and helped us with everything. A huge group can be quite a headache but not when you have concierges like Christian and Atenas! Thank you guys so much for hosting us!
