We had a wonderful time. People were so amazing with everything Our concierge was very helpful with everything.. we will definitely be returning not sure when but we will… place was very nice and clean…. I would love to recommend anybody who liked to go here.

Grand Velas Cabo was incredible
This resort is definitely a 5 star resort. The beautifully appointed suites, the incredible culinary tour with the best best buffet we've had at the many resorts we've stayed. the location in the path of the whale migration was perfect. We spent many breakfasts watching the whales breach! And the staff provided absolutely the best service ever. I Can't say enough good things about our concierge Adalid. He really did go above and beyond. Everything was taken care of almost before we needed it! He was friendly, Knowledgeable, personable and had our answers. He even managed to get a prescription I had forgotten delivered to the resort in record time. Best concierge ever! Juanito at Luccas provided me with an off menu meal when my stomach was iffy, Isobel at the pool almost provided drinks before we asked! everyone was well trained and excellent. My only two caveats are that it is a family not an adults only and the physical property is challenging at best for someone with limitations. The resort tries hard to seperate the family pools from the adults only. But it seemed everytime we sat down to eat there was a crying toddler behind us. And since it is terraced into a hill, the resort had steep inclines and steps, both of which are challenging for me with COPD. We eventually adjusted our routes to various places but it is a very big resort. Beyond those two things which really are intrinsic to the resort, there is not one other thing I can critique. You definitely get what you paid for at this luxury resort.

A perfect experience
Easily among the best resorts I've ever stayed in. Everything about the grand villas was perfect. The food was spectacular, which is unusual for an all-inclusive resort. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and well trained. The property was gorgeous and immaculately maintained. Everything about this resort was at the absolute highest end of quality. My only concerns were that it is a little hard to navigate with different elevators leading to different places and there is no swimming on the beaches in this section of Cabo. Regardless, the pool was amazing and the drinks were delicious, not watered down like most all-inclusives.

Grand Velas Los Cabos is an incredible resort. The hotel, rooms, food, and amenities are all first class. This is the best place to stay in Mexico. From the moment I was greeted at the resort until the moment I left, I received impeccable service. A special thank you to my concierge Abdias Flores who is phenomenal. Abdias was extremely professional, helpful and went above and beyond. I highly recommend this Resort!
