Most disturbing is the lack of dress code enforcement in the restaurants. This truly diminishes the restaurant experience and promotes more buffet meals.

Here is your review in English: Perfect Family Vacation – Relaxation, Great Food & Wonderful Atmosphere! Our family had an amazing and truly relaxing vacation! The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of dishes to enjoy every day. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was outstanding, and the staff was always friendly and welcoming. We especially loved the wonderful atmosphere during sports, cultural activities, and wellness programs. Everything was well-organized, making our stay even more enjoyable. A perfect place for a stress-free family Vacation we can’t wait to come back!

If this resort improved it's service/staff and the food it would be a 4 star. Also please fix your elevator since you have to use it to access the resort. Watching elderly people and families with strollers struggle was horrible.

Can’t wait to go back!
We just spent a wonderful week at this resort. It’s a little smaller than some of the resorts we have been to but we thought it was just right. Our room was spacious and comfortable. There was a little issue with the blow dryer but it was quickly replaced on request. The food was pretty good. There was a bit of an issue with the Italian ala cart. Long wait for a table and then the service was slow. Seemed maybe short staffed. The buffet “ The Veranda” had very impressive service though as did the 2 other ala cart restaurants. The beach area is small but never felt over crowded and a nice little cove for a dip and the snorkeling was wonderful. We spent most evenings at the Bikini bar and played cards. My sister in law forgot her bag one evening and was very thankful for the security team getting it back to her quickly. Probably one of the highlights of this resort was the Funtastic Team. They had the usual activities like water aerobics and volleyball but they also wandered the beach offering facial mud masks and made bracelets with us, challenged guests to corn hole games, and gave little Spanish lessons. They were all friendly and welcoming and fun to visit with. We can’t wait to go back!

Feb 28, 2025screwed up reservation two out of three times
Lots of "we are sorry" but reservations and some little things had to be "begged for" near every day. Had to pay extra $53 dollars for a bed [for daughter] that was supposed to be one of the two already in our room and part of its cost.
