Laguna Conference Center, with more than 700 m2 that are easily divided into 6 independent rooms with capacity for up to 1,024 people. The Laguna Conference Center offers 2 areas for registration and different assemblies; for expo, banquets, theater type and school. It was a hassle because of the construction but communication between guests and room booking and member services need to be fixed. They tell you one thing and do something different or give you incorrect information

This place exceeded my expectations! From prior to arriving I reached out to let concierge know that we were visiting for an anniversary and to inquire about the ongoing construction of the main pool and upgrades to one of the towers. I was concerned about whether it would affect our trip or change the offering of the hotel. I was assured it would not and they 100% stood by their statement. You could see folks working throughout the day to renovate the center area of the resort and from renderings I saw it will be a stunning new area. We were unaffected by working crews and made little use of the smaller pool open to all and took more advantage of the beautiful beachside location. Hans, one of if not the main operations manager was extremely attentive and ensured we felt VIP throughout our short stay. We had a nice detail waiting for us in our room was ready which was a great start to the trip. A special thanks to him as his attention to detail is one of the reasons we will be returning to Grand Park Royal. The restaurants were good and I found that the portions sizes were enough to try and enjoy different items, while not adding to the waste often seen at all-inclusives so great on them for that control. Would recommend the specialty restaurants for lunch and dinner. The service staff and attendees were awesome at all of the restaurants and snacks bars we visited during the stay. Everyone was extremely friendly and willing to take a moment from their busy day just to say good day or good evening. A couple folks that really stood out for their service were Cielo with Concierge, Antonio at Flor de Sal and Carlos in Andiamo restaurants, and of course the aforementioned manager Hans. Do not hesitate in booking your stay with this resort and please show your appreciation in tips for the hardworking individuals which will ensure your stay is memorable one!

I stay here often. The location is excellent. The beach is excellent. The food service staff is excellent and friendly. The food is good with a good variety. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and clean. I dislike the shower heads and the wifi drops a lot. The evening activities are entertaining. And I’m always happy when there’s good volleyball.

Excellent hotel
Excellent expérience! Close of everything. You can take the bus easyly to go everywhere you want. The hotel is so clean. I recommande the front ocean view it is insane! You woke up the morning and you have the sun rise in front of your balcony! It worth the extra money on it! The beach is verry large and clean. The bed ont it are fantastic! The personnel was so fine and smat! Not a party hotel but for couple who want to be calm and rest it is the best!
