    Worst stay ever

    This was the worst stay I have ever had. At check in we were told they didn’t have the room we booked. Then the room they put us in had a bathroom that did not function. We didn’t get into another room (a downgrade) until 1am. The next morning we were moved to the room that we originally booked because all of a sudden they had one. One of the transportation carts had a heavy bench that fell off and onto one of our toes which caused it to swell and the staff had to give ice. The towels were taken out of our room and not replaced on our third day. We were there for a wedding and after the reception we couldn’t get into our room to change for the next events because our wristbands stopped working. This was late at night, super dark and we had to walk to the front without any transportation due to being checked out early. The whole experience was miserable.

    An average experience

    DO NOT use their recommended airport transfer company. It was $210 which is fine but they are a mess. Upon arrival we waited for almost 3 hours to leave the airport. We arrived at terminal 4 and our son was at terminal 3. They wanted him to walk IN THE DARK for about 1/2 an hour and refused to pick him up. Also, don’t order wine at the restaurants. It’s way overpriced and it’s a misleading sales pitch. Food at the restaurants is good but the buffet is average. Food at the sports bar is BRUTAL. Bedding smelled musty. Shows were good and the disco glow party was really fun. Staff was friendly and we had fun but I’m in no hurry to return to this hotel. It’s actually too big

    Excellent service poolside

    Guadalupe did an excellent job taking care of the pool area. She was attentive, remembered our favorite drinks, and checked in on us regularly. Her friendly and welcoming attitude made our experience even better! Ask for “Lupe” on your next visit!

    White sands personal cabana with lunch and wine

    Booked one of the cabanas at white sands. Whilst the booking team had forgotten to inform the staff that I’d booked lunch, once I asked and it was sorted, the staff were amazing. Especially Guadalope who was so lovely, incredibly helpful, kind, friendly and definitely made up for it. I’d do this again (just check the staff know you’ve booked lunch!)

    Excellent Stay

    I would absolutely stay here again, for the price we pay it's incredibly accommodating and eventful. My children, parents, grandmother and myself all had a wonderful time and wish we could have stayed longer.
