What We Love

  • Golden beaches, lush vegetation & gardens surrounding the resort that are impressive.
  • No reservations needed at any of the restaurants.
  • Working on your tan lines at one of the resorts three pools - the infinity pools views are stunning.
  • A kid-friendly resort with clubs for all ages, waterparks and a "Raggs" show, starring five musical pups.
  • Grabbing a frosty margarita at Viva Mexico and watching the sun set into the Pacific.
  • Beachy and land activities - like volleyball, tennis, catamarans, snorkeling and more.

Things to Know

  • You must take in the scenery as you venture to the resort - it's about 45 minutes to paradise.
  • The beach town of Sayulita is only 30 minutes away and highly recommended - full of fun little shops and surfing.
  • Spending "you time" at Zentropia Spa, but if you want to dip into the spa pools, it will be an extra cost.
  • Be sure to check out the on site mini zoo. It's the perfect photo op.
  • The seawater pool is adjacent to the ocean and includes a beach area, loungers and umbrellas.
This picturesque spot on Bandaras Bay is where palaces dot the shores and margaritas flow easily. There’s something here for the whole family: a children’s water park, adults-only pool and an unbelievable spa. Ending each day with the dreamiest of sunsets will make you never want to leave.

    Recommend

The rooms are basic, not dirty or messy, but definitely not luxury. But the people there are amazing, and the service is really good too! We enjoyed our stay a lot and would definitely recommend! Food was also great and the a la carte restaurants were authentic.

    Great Times

We had a fabulous time recently, the rooms do need updating, but the housekeeping was immaculate and brought you anything you could need and were so friendly and outgoing. The grounds and pool area were clean and beautiful. The restaurants were good also, lots of walking and stairs tho. The staff, can't remember all the names, but everyone from housekeeping to lobby to waiters and everyone we encountered on the resort made the vacation wonderful.

The Least Inclusive “All Inclusive” Don’t waste your $

This motel calls itself a resort. It is not. If you want to be offered basic services for an additional fee, this is the place for you. However, they don’t have basic services to offer. No air conditioned common areas, no business center, dirty bathrooms and old furniture. The beach and poolside chairs are tattered or just plastic chairs. Nothing luxurious or comfortable about this stay. The kind of people who come here treat the staff poorly and it is clear from the staff’s initial regard for guests that they’re used to dealing with guests who lack basic courtesy and hygiene so it’s a self fulfilling prophecy. We came here for a wedding and think our friend got swindled - could have gotten something a lot nicer anywhere else in Mexico for the amount of money they spent on this wedding. The hotel cuts corners wherever possible and is not ashamed of it. Towels suck. Food sucked (this was the saddest part because when does food ever suck in Mexico?? Here).
