Casino night was fun because of Jean & Dante & Jafeth! Don't miss it! The prizes were great!! It's worth playing when you are here, especially with these dealers! We won awesome prizes! Fun night at the hotel grand palladium and all the kids could play too!

Excellent service at the pool!
10/10 Today we met Emilo at the pool. He was excellent and extremely helpful. Came by to our location checking in on us and making sure we had our umbrella adjusted when the sun moved. He was very knowledgeable about the resort and was very helpful.

Great service!
Great service from Angel on 4/20 and Carlos 4/19! Super friendly and fast service on the beach. Friendly and personable. Took the time to chat and talk about traveling and our plans. Drinks were fast, tasty, and cold. We’ve been enjoying our stay thus far.

Great time in Cancun
Overall we had a great time staying at Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres. The resort is beautiful and in a great location. All of the workers are very friendly and helpful. We loved spending time at the pool with our friends and family. Finding a spot to sit at the beach was sometimes difficult, but I think that is mainly due to people coming early, throwing a towel on a chair to reserve their spot, and then returning to their room. Overall, I think the quality of the food was good. Some restaurants were better than others. We liked Chang Thai and Portofino the best, and thought La Adelita and Bhogali were ok. The buffet, Isla Blanca, always had a lot of options to choose from. Our biggest complaint regarding food would be the quality of the desserts. Most of the time, we never thought they were very good. The drinks at the bars were also ok. Sometimes they were not very good - either too sweet or just not very flavorful. These complaints are fairly minor in my opinion. The musical performances at night did wake me up twice due to the proximity of our room to the performance. Both nights I woke up it was around 11:30 PM. I would give this resort a 4.5 star review if I could. But I will give it a 5 star review over a 4, because I think my complaints are minor and the positives far outweigh the negatives. We had a great time and I would recommend this resort.

Fab holiday, we look forward to visiting other country resorts.
We have had a wonderful stay, Dionisio at splash made our holiday. Very attentive and so happy to help, so lovely with my children too. We have really enjoyed our holiday. The resort has everything plenty of good restaurants to eat and activities during the day. We do wish you could order food service around the pools. The Thai restaurant was our favourite, really good food and service.
