Expected less than we received. It was tremendous in every way. Usually one hiccup happens along the way, to our joy everything went as promised and planned. Luck? maybe but the team, the venue, food, weather, beach and pools couldn't have been better! This was a 3 generational family trip and everyone one in our family was thrilled with their experience.

A dreamy vacation!
Exceptional vacation! Staff was polite and friendly, the pool areas were gorgeous and so relaxing, plenty of night life with good music and shows!, the room was beautiful and the cleaning staff made sure to always re stock necessities and check in on us! Would 100% recommend friends and family to come and experience the beautiful resort and all the amazing people who work in it!

I have had better stays in other all inclusive resorts. For price we paid, I would go somewhere else. I would not return here. Bathroom/Shower situation is hazardous to get in and out.

We just returned from this vacation and really enjoyed ourselves. The accommodations were great and the food was so-so. good variety but not always the freshest/hot. The pools and beach are awesome as are the staff we engaged with. Be aware that the checkin process is very slow so expect a wait for that upon arrival.
