Mar 20, 2025Great holiday for the family
We travelled with extended family. The resort was amazing and catered well to everyone’s needs. We enjoyed the sports activities, the spa, the pools and the beach all of which are well looked after. Best of all was the kids club, there’s so much for the kids to do. Both our girls aged 10 months and 4.5 years enjoyed the facilities, the activities throughout the days and the kids entertainment shows in the evenings. The kids club staff were all lovely and very friendly, especially Keila. The food overall was great. The a la carte restaurants could have had slightly better food (often it felt like a repeat of the buffet food) but everyone found something they liked and the buffets had a good variety that the kids enjoyed. The service was very good, it fell short a couple of times like waiting for drinks during busy periods but this wasn’t the norm and it was nothing that distressed any of us. Overall I’d say it’s a great family friendly resort that is clean, fun, friendly and good value for money.

This resort is in a great location, the pool and beach are perfect! Service was great throughout the stay, especially Karina in Las Torres and Jose at the pool. Room accommodations were fine (no bugs!) just a weird tub/shower set up that you have to climb in and out with a stool. The food was definitely an issue as several people in our party had lots of stomach issues. Specialty dining the food was never hot.

Outstanding Excellence…Numero uno!
Just got back from a fantastic holiday at the Grand Palladium Palace. From check in to check out everything was perfect! We stayed in a deluxe panoramic sea view room and it was great, the view was beautiful. We ate at most of the alacarte restaurants and found it quite easy to book. We used the app for most of it, any we couldn’t get we went to guest services and it was never a problem. The food is great. Especially the Italian restaurant and the Indian restaurant. Buffet was also outstanding, we loved the donut station at breakfast. Nothing was ever to much trouble here. The lobby bar is awesome, amazing staff big thank you to Rudi, Rambo and everyone on the evening team, thank you for the strawberry gin & tonics and all the laughs and Spanish lessons and outstanding service. The family pool and bar was run by William he is definitely numero uno, thank you for looking after us. We would also like to thank Jesus in the Italian after we experienced the most incredible food and customer service we’ve ever had in the Dominican Republic. Also a massive thank you to all the staff in the Indian restaurant, the lamb rogan Josh was amazing. Special thanks to Juan (Frank Bruno lol)…if you are thinking of booking this hotel do not hesitate, we have stayed at many resorts in DR over the years, in our opinion this is definitely the best. See you next year ❤️

One word Outstanding.
A beautiful hotel very very large takes about 2 days to find way round ask staff if you need anything they are the best 👌 had garden dulux room 9601 perfect ground floor full wet room next to secret pool you can use all service s beach omg divine book restaurants at guest service buffet was also very good something for everyone these can be busy but no problem getting table we found food to very good in all places we ate everywhere bars brilliant a lille trip goes long way for some amazing staff all over complex and beach we been to a lot of Europe all inclusive resorts but this by far is 10 /10 be nice to staff they nice to you they all work extremely hard Went yo chic show paid 80 dollars each amazing 👏 Spa was for us absolutely amazing room was spotless housekeeping did a amazing job thank you for birthday cake and balloons 🎈 😊 would I come back most definitely we loved it to each and every one we met thank you for a amazing holiday it's hard working staff that make this resort one to remember ❤️ can't remember all names but thank you ❤️ ireland

Beach was awesome! Room had many problems, lack proper air conditioning, bathroom was horrible. Food was fair. Not much to do at the resort. Wouldn’t stay at this resort ever again. Definitely a middle to lower end quality resort. Needs a lot of updating.
