    Nice rooms, lots of little things need improvement. Food just ok. Most staff were friendly and helpful. Several problems with our room went unresolved

    Scam

    Just a fair warning- Returned home Friday from a quick spring break trip there. Upon checkin I knew I was going to be charged for my 2 kids as I booked with CC points and it only covered the 2 adults. Was told 2 different prices on the kids originally. $1000 then $1200 something. Paid (I assumed the $1200) and walked away to get luggage brought to room. Front desk person chased me down and asked I come back to front desk as they needed to charge me more. Got back to desk and realized he only charged the $1000 so ok, I’ll pay the $200 more as I expected this was the cost. No. They wanted to charge $650 more. I was like wait a minute- that’s now the 3rd different price you’ve told me and just no. So I asked to speak to a supervisor. She was “at lunch” so I said ok I’ll come back later. Finally speak to her later in the day (and have this convo in email as well so i do have proof) and she says, yes it was our mistake and it’s “optional” if you want to pay the $650 more. Well who does? So I said no and go about my way for the rest of the trip, until check out. At check out, guess what? I have a $650 pending charge. They say, if I don’t pay it, they’ll make the young man who made the mistake pay it as that’s how they handle these situations. I ask to speak to the supervisor and she’s not there so a different supervisor does not honor the previous ladies statements and said I pay or he does. So. I paid it. But I’m still in conversation with the original supervisor and may or may not be getting a refund. So just be aware I guess when you’re there. I can’t imagine they’d make him pay but don’t get taken advantage of. 😭

    Sweet Sugar Cane Class with Rum tasting

    Absolutely amazing class. Thank you Dermonique, Mimi, Althea, and Shannon for doing a wonderful instruction and rum tasting. Great customer service. The tasting of the rum and sugar was delightful. I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO OUR NEXT EVENT WITH THIS GROUP

    Family fun.

    Great fun for the whole family. Thanks to Mimi, Dermonique,Althea and Shannon. The facilities food environment was all really enjoyable. Thanks to everyone. I would highly recommend taking the trip again and bringing the whole family to Jamaica.

    Wow !!! Speechless at the beauty and amazing staff that work here! 10/10 food. 10/10 staff

    Mario was an amazing bar man at the signature pool bar! A ray of sunshine! Amazing customer service and feels like a friend ! BEST BAR TENDER IN THE RESORT ! ❤️ The resort as a whole was breath taking. Laying on the beach in the sun, the pools are beautiful. The rooms are amazing and all the stuff are so so lovely
