Beautiful resort. Friendly staff.
Great place to vacation! This was my second time at the resort. I stayed here 5-6 years ago while attending a wedding for friends and liked it so much I took my family back this year for a week of fun with extended family and friends. The resort is beautiful, the food and drinks are great and all the staff I came into contact with were very friendly and helpful.

A Grand stay indeed
My stay at The Grand Palladium Jamaica Resort and Spa was by far the best vacation I have ever had! Why? Zentropia Palladium Spa I miss you, attention ritual, foot massage with magnesium add on and the hydrotherapy circuit. I don’t remember my masseuse‘s name, but her hands are magic. I walked in tired, achy, feet leg muscle, but by the time she was finished, I was in heaven. I contemplated blowing my entire vacation budget just to have a massage me again. That service was the highlight of my entire trip as of right now I don’t know of anything that will ever top this experience.

Grand Palladium cycle toir
This review is for the cycle tour around the hotel grounds, so the tour starts around 11am, and lasts approximately 35-40 mins. Out guide was Akeem (or keemy as he likes to be called), he was great, friendly and gets you involved, the tour is the perfect way to see all of the complex so things like the adults only pool, sunset cove etc, as well as all the great views, definitely recommend doing this if you are visiting the hotel, only negative is the bikes could do with a service.
