    ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION

    My one disappointment was that I didn't received any token of love on our Anniversary day as I am use to when visiting other resorts. Staff proved to be courteous and responsive. One thing for sure they believe in hydration as the glass were always filled with water. I dined for most part ar the Mobay Reataurant and from entrance you got a welcoming tone. I appreciate good customer service and I experienced it right throughout my stay. I'm not good at remembering names but the concierge for room 1615 was a bomb. Full of energy and pleasant, also the check out receptionist and others.

    Best vacation

    We had the greatest time at the grand palladium resort the food was very much excellent the vibe was top notch the people that works there was very friendly nightly entertainment live music dancing was great especially the teens club lady Ashanti she is always having fun up down and all around

    POP entertainment was a great experience

    Entertainment water polo, volleyball fun! We both enjoyed ourselves. Shout out Zavaier and Orlando. We really had a great one out there big up to the guys their doing a great job. I would recommend other to join in the fun. also we love the way the staff are all hospitable.

    Good enterainment

    The entertainment here very good Daniel from the pop is a very nice guy he is a good person he knows how to keep we entertain in the night the drink from the bar is good the pool is very lovely the night show are good i love my room its clean the jerk hut is nie to eat at......
