ZENTROPIA SPA Grand Palladium Jamaica
ZENTROPIA Palladium Jamaica Spa is the place you go to get a massage or facial or any other self care needs. I have received much needed facial from Doreen Walker this visit. It is nice to know that when I visit here I know I can expect incredibly relaxing professional care from Doreen Walker. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Amazing week
The room was beautiful and clean, the view, the beach and night entertainment were great. All restaurants were really good. I recommend!

No Authenticity of Jamaica
No local food or fruits everything was pretty much processed and or came of a bottle. The was no variety in any of the main restaurants.

Celebrating our son’s 13th birthday with best friends!
From the moment we stepped out of our transfer, we knew we made the right decision with GP! We stayed on the Lady Hamilton side and had upgraded to Signature Level for a few reasons but most of all because it was our son’s 13th birthday trip. It was worth every penny to us and we would absolutely book SL every single time, even if for nothing other than the amazing staff! Rheanna (sorry if I misspelled) was one of the first, she greeted us and helped us through the check-in process in the SL lounge. She also helped us download the app & walked us through using it. She was a pure joy and literally made the process such a breeze! The SL Lounge was our go to spot! Janula, Caleisia and Shantae were amazing throughout the week! They helped us set up anything we needed…cabanas on the beach, reservations and literally were fabulous and we so enjoyed getting to know them!! Ronae showed us to our rooms & was a delight! Sabrina was one of our concierges and she rocked as well! We got reservations for every restaurant we wanted with no issues. Restaurants: Poseidon- this was unfortunately one of our least favorites. Even though we had reservations we had to wait 40 minutes for a table. The salmon was good. Portofino - by far our favorite! The ossobuco and risotto, penne vodka…yum! The salad bar was great as well. Sumptuori- we did the hibachi so I can’t speak to the normal menu but the hibachi was fun! The food was pretty good! I’d pass on the steak next time but the chicken/salmon was great! Roblee was the best!!! Xaymaica - we had to be patient here! Thank goodness for the salad bar because it took our food an hour to come out. The food was pretty good once it got there! El Dorado - this was our other least favorite. This was birthday night and we had gotten a cake/balloons package. The cake was chocolate with a white icing that had a coconut flavor. It was really good! The buffets were both fine. We always seemed to like the food better at MoBay. We didn’t get to try Blue Lagoon, Bhogali or La Adelita. Miss Lou’s Coffee Shop is good! The Palladium coffee was great and they always had a good selection of pastries/sandwiches. The jerk huts are good! Well, I can only speak to Las Brisas. We were told to get one of the first batches and there was literally a line everyday when they opened. We booked a beach cabana our first full day and Christine took great care of us! We had a cooler full of drinks and champagne and she got us everything we needed throughout the day! Coral Beach (SL) was my favorite beach. It’s small but perfect! Lots to see under the water! You might want water shoes at some of the beaches. I used mine some here. The day we went to Sunset Cove it was packed. We didn’t stay long but this is where all the water sports are…tubing, kayaking, paddle boards, snorkel equipment (I think some of it is free and some there is a fee). We got a bed at the SL area at the Infinity pool one day. It was great but we ended up back at the Coral Pool! This is the SL pool and it was our favorite! Kevon behind the bar is fantastic! He is full of energy and is always singing and dancing while mixing the best drinks! Romaine popped back and forth between the SL Lounge and the Coral pool, we love him! He kept us well taken care of! Carl Michael was fabulous! He makes one of the best espresso martinis I’ve had! You can say surprise me and know he’s going to make you an amazing drink! We stayed in a SL junior suite (building 32), it was great! It was clean when we got there and we had a great view! They serviced our room daily and did nightly turn down service. The chocolates were such a great treat! Our friends stayed in a SL Bungalow and it was awesome! Outdoor shower, huge jacuzzi and awesome views! I did have a massage and sugar scrub at the spa. It was great! If you can get by there to use the hydrotherapy area, we heard it was great as well but didn’t get to try it. We would absolutely return to this resort. The staff in SL really went above and beyond to make this week amazing for us. They were always smiling and wanting to make sure we were well taken care of! We were so sad to say goodbye, we felt like we were leaving family! We watched the Michael Jackson show, a little bit of the circus show and the Bob Marley show. All were fine! It’s nice to have entertainment in the open air at night! We also hit up the silent disco and it was a fantastic time! All in all, we would absolutely return to this resort! They were constantly working on landscaping and maintaining the grounds. It is beautiful, a quick trip to Negril and a short drive from the airport!
