My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this vacation. Total relaxation and fun. Great escape from real life. Will do it again for sure. Food was great as well as cocktails. I really enjoyed the different merchants that were available every morning. Allowed me to shop locally while never having to leave the resort.

The Mana of Grand Hyatt Kauai Resort & Spa
Our stay at the Grand Hyatt Kauai Resort & Spa was amazing experience. Outstanding customer service from the time we checked in till the time we left. If there's one person that I would like to single out that would be Tina at the reception desk. She checked us in and found out that we were there for a staycation for our 17th wedding anniversary. Her kind gesture of gifts that were sent to our room were truly appreciated. She made our experience a wonderful one and as local residents, we truly appreciate her mana of Aloha! Shoutout to Victor, Coreen and Alika who also made our stay easygoing. Mahalo nui loa Grand Hyatt Kauai Resort & Spa!

Apr 14, 2025Great resort, but had an unusually poor experience
The resort itself was nice (my third trip there) but this time the front desk staff was not nearly as capable and friendly as usual. There was an issue with check-in that took more than 5 days to resolve and I had to drive the entire process. That being said, the valet, housekeeping and restaurant/bar staff were excellent

Best family hotel in the world
We’ve stayed everywhere with our 3 kids. Atlantis The Royal in Dubai. Crown in Sydney. Bellagio in Vegas. Marina Bay Sands in Singapore. But Grant Hyatt Kauai is the best hotel in the WORLD for families. The food is amazing as are the pools, suite, breakfast buffet and everything else. If you come to Kauai with kids, stay here. It’s number one for a reason. This is our second visit and we will of course be back!

Work/business travel experience- exceeded my every expectation!
The Grand Hyatt is an amazing resort. The rooms were clean and comfy- a perfect home base for our many Kauai adventures. I would have spent much more time in the resort bubble but there is really so much to do on the entire island. However, the breakfast buffet, every bar area, the staff, and the many pools and amenities are very well designed and maintained. Thank you and we hope to be back soon!
