    TONY ES EXCELLENTE

    We really enjoyed our stay. The weather was beautiful…but the best part of the trip was our nightly drinks with Tony!! Going to the martini bar was the highlight of the trip! He makes the best drinks!!! We had so much fun talking with Tony and even played black jack with Armando.

    Unprofessional staff

    We stay at this property for 6 nights, the resort is nice, however some of the staff from the restaurants to the beach are outright rude and unaccomodating. When we walk around the property, the staff would acknowledge you and say hi or hello, but when they have to serve you, not so nice.

    Highly recommend

    We loved our visit. It was our second time coming. First time was a couple’s trip, and the next time we brought my husband’s parents. Victor and Juan were amazing by the pool side, they always made sure we had a drink. All the food was great! We would Highly recommend!

    Nice resort let down by customer facing staff.

    The resort is beautiful, if not laid out a bit strangely. Luckily I was in one of the rooms in the the main buildings. While we had a good time, it felt as if everywhere we went where we had to interact with a staff member we were being treated as an inconvenience. Whether it be at the front desk, bars, or in the restaurants the demeanor of the staff, from attitude to just the look on their faces when we asked for something, made us feel unwelcome in a place that we paid so much to be. However, the housekeeping staff was perfect, and we constantly returned to well-made rooms with made-up beds and new towels. Overall, if you are traveling in a group, I would recommend looking for somewhere else to stay unless you enjoy being treated as a chore by the customer service staff.

    Best All Inclusive in Cabo and shout out Erick Lara, the beach and pool area concierge!

    Best All Inclusive in Cabo! Amazing food, staff and concierge service. This is our second time here and we became members the first time we came. We can’t say enough about this resort and all the accommodations they provide. Amazing food, service and mostly importantly they go out of their way to make sure you have the best experience. Worth every penny!!! This time we brought two of our friends and took them down to the beach to show them the amazing fish. Upon arriving there we encountered a large group of about 20 people trying to catch the beautiful yet protected fish. Yikes. Our group of 4 just wanted to see and enjoy them, however this group had a large towel in the water and they continued to try to catch the fish. They had their children holding four corners of the towel in the water in an attempt to catch the fish. To my shock, one of the ladies caught a beautiful yet helpless black and white puffer fish and roughly threw the poor fish on the sand as he gasped for air. I was sick to my stomach and said to her “ that is so messed up.” One of the other people in the group commented and said “why is it messed up, this is what we do in our country.” My friend who was standing next to me was also really upset and scooped up that poor fish and tried to throw it back in the water only to encounter the same lady trying to stop her. We finally got the fish back in the water and waked away from this group because get became very aggressive and wanted to start a confrontational. We walked up and told the concierge about what was happening. Immediately a gentleman by the name of Erick Lara went out to address the group and take care of the situation. Although we were all very shaken up we appreciated his prompt response to save the wildlife there. He handled the situation promptly and professionally. Thank you Erick for being so responsive and saving the exotic fish!!! We truly appreciate you. For those reading this review, please know that the person who wrote the erroneous review about the concierge being unprofessional and dishonest killed that poor fish. The lifeguards later found the fish dead. Again thank you fiesta Americana for saving the rest of the fish and for the people who have no respect for the fish and thought this was funny, shame on you!
