Just had lunch at the Peninsula Bar with Rodrigo as our server (breakfast as well). Service and food were both top notch. Rodrigo was very accommodating and made certain that we were very well taken care of. Definitely would highly recommend both!

Fun entertainment team!
Nicole is the best at her job! Amazing personality and so fun and warm to be around. She does bingo at the fiesta pool and water aerobics too! The entertainment team as a whole is so much fun to be around and interact with each day! Meet her if you are there!

Awesome spa treatment
Roberto and the spa staff was excellent!! It was nothing but the best. Great experience. The facility was top notch too. I would definitely recommend to come here. This hotel was amazing stay and experience. Grand fiesta americana is the best and will come back

Great place for kids
The kids club is great I will want to come again. Very supportive people no matter what place you get in Mario kart they will always cheer you on. Very fun activities there is fun for everyone you could play lots of games you can play.😀😃😄😁😆☺️😌😏😝😛😜🤪

Second time was as wonderful as the first.
Second time staying here. The food and the service are amazing. The staff really make you feel welcome. Our favorite dude was Rodrigo Ramirez over in the Peninsula restaurant. I swear he doesn’t sleep. And very friendly. And the whale watching is an extra perk with breakfast.
