The facility is a little outdated but the food options are great. We tried La Hoya, steakhouse, sushi bar and Chianti restaurants and all of them were above our expectation. Especially, my family liked Sushi bar and steakhouse a lot. The server Yanderi was super kind and helpful as well as Raquel and Roberto in Sushi bar. Also Alexandre from steakhouse provided excellent service and gave us the best dinner experience for my family. Definitely we would love to come back.

Chianti classico
Alejandro was amazing! His attention to detail and his professionalism was outstanding. The food was alright. My wife and I were celebrating our 15th anniversary, we had a terrific dinner. From the wine sommelier’s recommendation to the incredible tiramisu, everything was delicious.

Wonderful!
My kids had their best meal here during our stay at Grand Fiesta Americana. The crunch roll was the adult favorite and the udon teriyaki was the kid favorite. Alma and the rest of the staff were wonderful!!! We're gonna come here for a second meal!

Italian Chanti was excellent!
Elias and Juan Carlos at the Italian restaurant are absolute gems! Not listed on the menu but they have gluten free pasta! I heard they also have gluten free pizza but I didn’t eat pizza so can’t confirm. Thank you for a wonderful meal. Empieza la fiesta!

Wonderful dinner experience. Edy, Pabio and Mario provided excellent service. Dinner was accompanied by live pianist. Wonderful surprise ballet performance. The team make us very special. We hope to return soon. We highly recommend you give it a try.
