we're staying here from dec 27 to jan 2nd. this is our second day. wifi never worked, restaurant is impossible to book, buffet food is just so so.taking forever to wait for elevator. it's probably average 3 star hotel, not sure why it's showed as 5 star hotel in tripadvisor. don't be fooled by it like us.

Liseth the pool waitress was awesome! Went above and beyond , especially with my physical limitations . She was very attentive the whole week, even helping carry my food from snack bar. Our overall experience at resort was great, was our second trip

Nice and Affordable resort for vacation
Resort is awesome with the beatiful view of the ocean and colorful cancun sign. Breakfast buffet is good 👍🏻 Pool, live music and shows are awesome. Front desk people are co-operative and room service as well. Spa services are good, airport transportation is nice and affordable.Access to the beach is very easy and it is good for the peaceful stay vacation. Day tour pick ups are a plus. Pillows are too hard/ big to sleep on comfortably. For lunch n dinner there are less options for vegetarian people and moreover none of the servants around are aware of the ingredients added to the food so it’s very difficult to figure out the no meat items. No one helps. Restaurants for dinner has less capacity n unable to get the slots quickly. Zai restaurant food is awesome 👏 Marco polo service is not that great.

Solo trip gone very well
The resort was not too large or too small but just right. It was very clean and everyone was friendly. I went alone so I was very afraid at first. My first solo trip ever. But, I became relaxed very quickly as I realize how accepting everyone was. I enjoyed my room, the food, pool beach and everything else.

Great show and dancers
Dancers were incredible. We saw the icons of rock show at GR Solaris. Karla, Katia, Laura, Pilar, Yusmila, Andrew, Luis, Salvador, Saul and Wilberth danced to AC/DC, Bruno Mars, Rhina, Queen and Tina Turner. Best show we've seen in Cancun.
