Wonderful week -with great service, food and amazing experience.
This was our first visit to Puerto Vallarta and Garza Blanca there. While our studio room 3201B was not as modern as rooms we have had at other Garza Blancas we loved the location overlooking the beach and the bay. Listening to the sounds of the waves crashing on the beach brought peace and tranquility to my mind. We very much enjoyed having breakfast every day at Blanca Blu and watching the whales and dolphins swim by. The staff were all fabulous. We ate at Hiroshi, Karuma and Bocados -all wonderful meals and great service. We also enjoyed the 2 free activities -the hike to the waterfall with Salvador as our guide as well as the 2 hour kayak trip to Los Arcos with Ronnie. Both guides were very informative. Roberto G. At the pool was very personable and always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. I very much enjoyed my spa experience with Eliseo as my spa butler leading me through each Hydrotherapy experience and Naiomi is an amazing and attentive masseuse and I will definitely ask for her on our next visit. My only complaint would be confusion over our ride back to the airport. My husband asked for a car to be ready to take us at 9am but that did not happen and even though we had a confirmation there seemed to be some confusion -not sure why. My husband had been in contact with the concierge Bryant Valdez Ulloa prior to our arrival regarding transportation, however he was not good at communicating back to us. In the end a taxi was ordered and we were finally taken to the airport. I also had to ask for fresh towels a few times but other than that we had a great time. We especially loved the little touches such as the free desserts with messages “Have a nice trip” and “Thanks for being with us”. It was lovely to be appreciated for our visit. We are already looking forward to our next trip to PVR! Thanks for the amazing 5 days.

Awesome resort with a very helpful staff!
My family (myself 32f, husband 35m, son 17mo) recently stayed at Garza Blanca and we had a fantastic trip. The rooms are well appointed and the amenities are great. The location is peaceful and private and the beach is really well protected from waves at high tide. Lots of nice activities at the hotel as well. We also had truly excellent service from some staff members. Shoutout to Alma, Salvador, Ivan, Roberto, Pablo, and Angel the awesome trolley driver!

Garza Bocados
Had a super time at Garza Puerto Vallarta. Our favorite restaurant is Bocados, be sure to look for waiters Antonio and Arturo. They are the best! All restaurants at Garza are incredible but we enjoy this one the most. Everyone at the resort are so cordual and accommodating.

Service from the 50’s!
The service in this restaurant is spectacular! Gustavo, Jorge and Fabian made our evening very special with all the extra touches they offered. The food was delicious but could have used some extra flavours for me to give it a 10. Also they could have carried our drinks from the reception area to our table to start the evening off impressively. Yes I have high expectations and I still give them 5 out of 5 because of the location and service. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

Garza Blanca PV
We stayed a month in GB PV, we received very good service of the staff, but we have a bad experience with Adriana Colmenares and Nicole, Managers of reception. They are unprofessional and they really don’t know about what a customer service for a member is. I remember the other girl that they had before, she works in Mussai now, she was amazing resolving anything. Thank you to Zuno, Felipe, Roberto, Jose, Alejandro for the amazing time. Bonny thank you for always being kind with us. Thank you so much to the wonderful girls of the Kids Club. Amazing all of you . Fatima, Rocio, Nancy and Ema.
