Beautiful place with spectacular views, topped by the best and friendliest staff we've ever experienced. The choices for restaurants are many and the pools and beach facilities are perfect. There is plenty to do in see on site as well as quick trips to beautiful surrounding locations.

Rosa Rocks
Rosa out room attendant was kind, attentive, and efficient. But $100 CDN for a cheese burger via room service was beyond the pale. The staff are gracious. Especially Elena our concierge. Taxi to downtown is 250 pesos and to the airport 500. Don't be misled.

Another wonder Garza experience
We just returned from another wonderful Garza Blanca experience. While the level of service, food, and amenities are all (and have been) top notch...the following people stand out. POOL AREA - A big thanks to Mike and his team. Mike is amazing as he leads the waterfall hikes and hosts blackjack, poker, and ceviche-making experiences for guests. Ponciano, Francisco, Jose, and Alvaro are awesome servers who always know what you want and when you want it! Tito is super friendly and does everything from pool service to Mountain Hikes to kayak tours. Thanks for always smiling Tito! RESTAURANTS - Diego and Reuben enhanced an already amazing Hiroshi experience and Mario and Alexi treated us amazingly for breakfast at Blanca Blue HOUSEKEEPING - Nobody can touch Alma for her hard work in Tower2! Every time we opened our door...we smiled because of Alma! Thank you.

Blanca Blue is Where it’s at!
Blanca Blue was the best restaurant for dinner! Best food, best service, best experience! We celebrated a birthday and they made it so special and got the order perfect! They were so quick and helpful! Absolutely would return to see some of our now favorite people! The staff is all wonderful! We are there 3 times during our week long stay because it was the most fun and best food. Thank you!

The Panoramic pool staff including Roberto, Albaro, Alexis & Carlos were absolutely superb! They alone maybe the reason we go back again. So friendly and helpful and excellent service. The resort was excellent over all. All food outlets were very good.
