Apr 13, 2025Amazing Stay for a Family Wedding – Wonderful Staff & Service!
We recently stayed at Fiesta Americana in Puerto Vallarta for my niece's wedding, and everything about our experience was fantastic. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and taken care of. Everyone was incredibly attentive, friendly, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The service truly stood out—especially at the spa and restaurants. I highly recommend booking a massage with Verenice or Aracely at the spa; both are incredibly skilled and made the experience so relaxing and enjoyable. A special shoutout to Ignacio at El Mexicano, who went above and beyond to make a birthday celebration extra memorable with a surprise cake and candle—such a thoughtful touch that meant so much to us. The resort was beautiful, clean, and the perfect setting for a family celebration. We absolutely loved our stay and would not hesitate to come back. Highly recommend!

USE THE SPA!
This is our second trip to Fiesta Americana they’ve always been great! The one thing I wish it had was an hot tub for everyone’s use.. I think the only hot tub is in the adults only area.. unless you get a couples massage which gives you a private 25 mins in their jacuzzi tubs! My partner and I each got blessed with the hands of Josephina! Her deep tissue massages will have you leaving feeling euphoric!! Plus the sauna and steam room after were GREAT!

What a surprise!
Honestly the best food I've ever had was at this resort, the best service I've ever had. I felt as if I was a person and not a number everyday! It was terrific. The hotel amenities were terrific and no complaints. At night it was a little noisy as its a smaller resort, and my wife and I aren't really party people but it was nice and enjoyable. 100 percent honest when I say it was an awesome experience!

Absolutely, relaxing, and enjoyable!
This resort was just the right size. So many are on what seems to be acres of land. Heaven forbid you forget your phone back in your room when you finally arrive at the pool. This resort is large enough. I love the pools the the food, and of course the staff! We would definitely stay here again! Loved being able to walk downtown. I think that was such a plus.

Excellent family vacation!
This is one of my favourite resorts and I think a bit of a hidden gem. Great location where we were able to quickly hop into town to do some exploring. The food is all amazing. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast and being able to have lunch served to us at the pool during the day. Everyone enjoyed the 3 dinner options. We do wish there was more but we’re told a Steakhouse is under construction so that will be a great addition! The rooms are fine, a bit outdated but nothing to complain about and they were clean which is what matters. The pool was lots of fun. We had a pretty big group but were able to get chairs together to enjoy the sunshine. The pool could use some tile fixing but again it’s not a huge issue. Our only complaint about the entire resort is the music. It was the same playlist everyday at the pool and every third song was Ed Sheeran. We are fans, but it was extreme. They really needed to bump up the music to increase the atmosphere a bit! Special shout outs to Jennifer at the Kids club who my kids were obsessed with. We thought they would be too old for Kids Club at 7 and 10 but they adored her and loved all the activities. Also shout outs to Lily in the lobby bar, Pedro as our pool waiter and the bartenders at the pool whose names I am forgetting. We were served with nothing but kindness the entire trip from every staff member. This resort really truly is known for their SERVICE and it shows. We were always asked if there was anything we needed or they could do for us. We will be back!
