Very good family friendly resort and food is pretty good for it being all inclusive. Customer service is on point. Eladio and Arturo from the buffet were great and helped me make reservations for the restaurants. Elmar and Juan Jose “JJ” were great outside by the pool and very attending.

Paola is the best crepe maker!
Paola was the best. She was super helpful and had a blast watching her make us crepes.she was helpful in making a fun experience. We learned a lot on how to have fun in making crepes. We came back every night to see Paula. She was always happy and made the experience the best!

Paola at ‘crepas’ the crepe stand made our holiday 10x better. The experience at the resort was already amazing but Paola added personal charm that elevated it to something we will look back on fondly and with nostalgia for the rest of our lives. Also Henry at front desk was very helpful and kind.

Can't wait to come back
I like the open bar and the access to the beach and pool were relaxing, the open food was also a great addition, My only complaint and this is a personal thing that for me I would've liked to stay longer at the pool after 8 pm and I understand that's a hotel rule but it was awesome nevertheless

First, the food was great and the service was great. The facility is perfect (not too big, not too small). The entertainment was also good. The bad part is the SAFETY of the guests. What I mean is, the tile floor in the room and the hallway is dangerous because it's so humid there that the floors are always wet and slippery. They never dry...yes even in the rooms. You have to be really careful especially if you're elderly. One fall is all you need to ruin your vacation or potentially your life. It's obvious they can prevent all that because they use different tiles in the lobby and restaurant and they seem to dry and not be slippery. Again, everything was good/great but the floors. So it's up to you to support this facility but it only takes one fall...
