Great experience
We traveled to Mexico to Celebrate our honeymoon and my husband’s birthday. The bed and pillow were amazing. We also booked a couples massage and it was one of the best massages we had in a long time. Mauricio the Restaurant Manager was the best, he went above and beyond to make sure every occasion was special. Everyone is really friendly, strongly recommended.

Eladio is the best!
Great, friendly service! Geuany, Herado, Dolores, and Henry Gomez were very nice and friendly. Eladio was the absolute star of the whole show! He went above and beyond and catered to all our needs despite us being a large group of almost 20. I was amazed by his professionalism and generosity. He really made this a trip to remember!

Perfect combo of relaxing beach paradise, great food variety and fun activities
My mom (60F) and I (28F) came here to celebrate our birthdays and the experience was awesome. We got a free room upgrade facing the ocean. We received lots of “happy birthdays” and candles on our dessert. The food was excellent, lots of variety and usually no wait for restaurants (first come first served), max 30 min and we had a drink at the bar next door while we waited. We tried tons of food, these were our favorites: the lasagna and beef carpaccio from the Italian restaurant (Rosato), the ensalada san telmo and empanadas with chimichurri and romesco sauces from the Argentinian/steak house (San Telmo), the fish tacos and ceviche from Cevicheria by the beach, the pork buns and beef+chicken fried rice from Thai Kunn, the tacos and quesadillas al pastor from the taco spot in the lobby, the crepes/churros/ice cream with all the sauces from the sweet shop. All of the staff are incredibly friendly and kind. Eladio at the main breakfast buffet took care of us every day, recognized us and sat us at a table immediately, even if there was a small line. He loved singing happy birthday to my mom. Javier at the Jamaica Bar (near the lower pool) mixes up some really delicious drinks, the speciality is mojitos and margaritas in different flavors. You can order frozen or you can get creative with different liqueurs and ingredients. Bring plenty of tips for the staff, they all work very hard and they deserve it. They are always appreciative. We had treatments at the spa - massages and reflexology - it included a private hour of hydrotherapy (sauna, cold bath, hot tub). It was all fantastic. The beach is big and beautiful. Tons of fun activities at the resort, we made bracelets by the pool a couple times. There is a theather, you can catch a pretty entertaining magic show and others. Bars and activities go on until about midnight. Music is bumping by the lower pool (swim up bar!) starting around 10am. There is an upper level pool and some little alcoves if you want to get away from the noise. We liked having both options. Activities like silent disco and neon party last until about midnight, but the rooms stay nice and quiet. We had no complaints, definitely saw a few rowdy spring breakers but not a lot, and they were never bothersome. Just having fun. There is an Aqua World vendor on site so you can sign up for excursions, we did parasailing right from the resort’s beach access. They bring other vendors in some nights to set up on the terrace or in the lobby, selling leather goods, art, trinkets etc. They were friendly, not too pushy and we got some cool things to take home. Keep an eye out for the son and father duo whose family business is carving charms out of old coins. Their art is so unique. All in all, we had an amazing trip and would return to this resort group. I’d love to try out the adults only resort by the same group, Live Aqua. For context, this was both our first time in Cancun. We’ve done a similar all inclusive experience in Punta Cana and I did one in Cabo, both adults only. The kids really weren’t a significant drawback for us. There were much more adults than children. If you’re considering booking, I encourage you to do it if you’re looking for a combo of relaxing beach paradise, great food variety and lots of options for fun activities. Thank you Fiesta :)

Don't miss this Resort if you're going to Cancun!
This is our go to place when the snow is melting in Michigan. The best place ever. We've been going since 2018. Absolutely the best All Inclusive we have ever stayed at. All 10's! The Staff, Food & Accommodations are Superb. We never shop for a vacation spot, we just go back.

At the Sweet Spot of Amenities and Value
The Fiesta American Condesa is family friendly but not over run with children or rowdy Spring Breakers. The restaurants all offered options for children “off menu” and the wait staff all brought them food right away so the little ones didn’t have to wait. There is a kiddie pool but the two larger pools have generous shallow areas (about 8”) perfect for children to play adjacent to the deeper (~4’) swimming areas. The lower pool attracts guest who like water activities and music; the upper pool area is a little quieter for sunbathing and reading. There is a nice beach but the wind and surf during our visit limited our time on it. We booked ocean view rooms in the Sea Tower with small balconies perfect for morning coffee and a spectacular sunrise. The only drawback was that the bathroom sink area has no door and lots of glass. (The toilet and shower do have doors). That open design is great for togetherness but a little harder on sleeping spouses of habitual early risers. Luckily my partner packs eyeshades. The coffee cart in the lobby was the best part of my morning since I would be likely have been stoned for using the in-room Nespresso before 9. The Fiesta American Condesa is just right at the sweet spot of amenities and value for an all-inclusive resort with or without the children in tow.
