Excellent Option for Larger Groups
We booked a room at The Embassy Suites because we wanted a place with three beds, beach access, and a reasonable price. It was a great fit for our needs. Pros: -a newer property and was very clean -pretty pool area with plenty of chairs and floats that they loan out -a delicious breakfast buffet -fun, energetic happy hour with featured cocktails and snacks (the salsa was amazing!) -very friendly employees, especially the guy who works at the pool telling everyone that the secret to happiness is sharing your smile -walking distance to Palm Beach, Eagle Beach, the butterfly farm, and many restaurants and shops -there is a bike path/wide sidewalk that goes past the hotel that is excellent for walking or running Cons: -the beach area is across the street (you can walk through a tunnel) and not a great beach area for swimming, playing in the sand, etc.

Excellent mother-daughter Spring break trip.
Stayed 5 nights March 2-7 with my adult daughters during their college Spring break. Got a great rate on the hotel using a Black Friday deal. Good location, spacious suites, friendly staff, overall excellent value. This was my 4th trip to Aruba and my daughters’ first. I prefer regular hotel stay over all inclusive in Aruba because of the great restaurants on the island., Safety and security is important for women traveling and Aruba and this hotel never disappoint in that area. While the hotel beach is on the smaller side, it’s still beautiful and relaxing. We didn’t have to get up at the crack of dawn to reserve beach or pool chairs like you have to at most of the Palm Beach resorts. We took advantage of the breakfast buffet every morning. It can get crowded at peak times, but the food was always replenished quickly and the variety was good. The evening reception with 2 drinks/pp and light snacks is a nice touch. Every night we took a cab to our restaurant reservations (called by the bellman) and walked back after dinner. Ate at Lola’s, Giannis, Azia & LG Smith. All are with walking distance (less than 1 mile). Shout out to Jorge from the beach/pool activities staff. We met him on the first day and he went out of his way every day to make sure we had what we needed and were enjoying ourselves. I would definitely stay here again and recommend.

Wonderful Stay!!!
Smooth check in, amazing view, amenities, daily housekeeping service tidy and clean. Breakfast has great varieties, ladies are attentive and courteous. Daily complimentary drinks and snacks add to the experience. Beautiful pool, beach within walking distance. Can't wait to go back! Already booked for December.

IF YOU ARE A COUPLE, DO NOT GO HERE
One of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. I went on my honeymoon 2 weeks ago and was horrified at how the staff treated us; we were turned away from the restaurant, promised amenities which never arrived, I could go on and on. Terrible.

Our first time in Aruba experience
Our last day on our first time in Aruba we will never return back to the Embassy Suite Hilton! We are Hilton honors and I am so disappointed! Under staffed! Customer service was terrible! Everyday for breakfast constant wait on silverware, cups and a table that is cleaned off! Dirty dishes with birds eating off the plates as things just sit around! I have never seen anything like it! Just wanted to share my review so that others can skip this establishment not worth the money!
