The staff at the resort are exceptional. They continually go above and beyond to ensure your stay is amazing. The resort is beautiful and walking distance to the ferry (go to Isla Mujares!!). Tons of meal choices and all of the food is beyond good. We had a small issue with housekeeping, and Carlos and Martin went out of their way to rectify the issue. The beach may be small, but it’s gorgeous and the beach staff are incredible, namely Alvin, Jorge & Kendor. Thank you for a great vacation! 🏖️

Outstanding team at Dreams Vista Cancun!
The staff and entertainment team are excellent! This is what made our families stay outstanding. The pool and beach setup are different than most other resorts but because of the staff it was enjoyable. Surfing was the highlight and we enjoyed our meals during the day and especially at night! The silent disco was a big hit! Lots of variety of food for all palettes! Great location in Cancun! You feel very safe and private! The views are wonderful!

Girls trip fun!
We had a wonderful time with great food and amazing customer service. Above and beyond 😊🩷 the preferred roof top pool is the best (no children) very relaxing and Benjamin is so funny and accommodating We had an amazing massage at the spa and loved the hydrotherapy

Incredible Resort!
Incredible resort, the food was great and service even better! Preferred club bars, restaurants and beaches were top notch! Planned this trip for a friends wedding but my husband and I will be back! We were hesitant going somewhere with kids around, but the whole hotel is designed to keep everything feeling like luxury. Great amenities, can’t recommend enough!

Lovely and hardworking staffs
Came back for a second time because of the amazing food options here comparing to other resorts as well as some of the most lovely folks I’ve met in the hospitality industry: Kendor at the pool is absolute sunshine and helped my fiance and I took some really beautiful pictures of us. Jose from the 360 rooftop bar always brings great energy to our night out. The guitar musician playing on Apr 11 night was such a wonderful addition to the rooftop bar as well. He had a soulful and amazing playlist that everyone at the rooftop bar seem to enjoy and resonate with. Another favorite place of mine on the resort is definitely coco cafe. Teo makes the best coffee and Isabel brings the signature warm and beautiful energy to the cafe. Last but not least, the band playing at night just outside of the Italian & Mexican restaurant are always a delight. Love their music. They played My Sacrifice by Creed one night and I was deeply touched and it brought me to tears. No resorts have ever been able to give me the experience that Dreams Vista has given because of all its lovely, hardworking, energetic, and incredibly patient & kind staff as well as the talented performers and musicians they hire. Feeling grateful and thankful for all of them!
