Love the DJ Rodrigo at Sky Bar, he was the best. Out of all the nights in Tulum he really made my night with my friends special! I wish I can stay longer just to enjoy the time at the resort at Sky Bar. People I think don’t know. We want to nights to the hotel zone and it didn’t even compare to the fun we had at Dreams!

Jan 19, 2025Perfect resort for adult family vacation or couples getaway!
We had a wonderful time at Dreams Tulum! The resort is beautiful, from the lush gardens to the pools and beach! The entertainment team is awesome putting on everything from yoga and dance classes in the day to live music and variety shows in the evening. They kept the resort at the perfect balance of lively and relaxing. The buffet was delicious, fresh and clean. Much of the food was cooked right in front of you (grilled meats, grilled fish, omelettes, waffles/pancakes, donuts, etc.). The cafe and smoothie shop were such a bonus! The bars were always fully stocked and service was prompt and attentive. The resort is close to Tulum and many excursions / attractions. We loved our experience and will go back soon.

The best vacaciones
víctor and ronaldo are really nice and they give really great service. It shows that they love their job and interacting with the guests. I am really loving my expérience. Everything is really pretty and the food is delicious. The views are amazing

Tulum 2025
We had a blast and enjoyed all of the on site activities. The faculty was very upbeat and friendly!!! Special shout out to Ricky who is a party himself. Our photographers while there were Tania and Rasheed, they did a great job posing us and suggesting locations to take photos. We also did the romantic dinner on the beach at sunset and had Hugo as our waiter and he did an amazing job make our night special and entertaining. I didn’t give it 5 stars because I didn’t like the 3 hour presentation on our first day to persuade us to join the Hyatt club. We kept saying no and they kept coming with offer and we just wanted to leave and start our vacation. Tip for them is no means no and let people go enjoy the current trip they paid for.

Family vacation/ Friends
Thank you for the foam party and thank you Alex entertainment for the fun enjoyable time, it has been fantastic! I love dreams Tulum, it’s a great change from cancun, and it has been a fantastic experience! The room service as well as the restaurants have been amazing!
