    The BEST ever Christmas Gifts; smiles, laughter and memories that last the entire year!

    This is our second trip and it was even Better than the first experience. The food provides so many options for all ages. The beach, the sand, the furnitures was just right. Our teenagers participated in the day activities and we all joined in at night. The entertainment was family friendly. But above all, the staff could not have been better. Every person was pleasant and kind, even when our limited Spanish needed translation. They used their phones to confirm our requests. We left regretfully with a favorite event of every day and new friends we will remember (like Manuel) who remembered us from the year before.

    Great place for a vacation

    I loved the resort! It was welcoming and clean and the staff were super sweet and very helpful. The food was great- no complaints at all with that. One thing I would say is that the hotel had a rancid smell in certain parts of the hotel. However, it wasn’t everywhere and it didn’t ruin my time there. I actually wanted to extend my stay there, but my vacation time at work was ending so I sadly couldn’t. I would a thousand percent book again. It was an amazing and relaxing experience.

    Good but could have been better

    Overall our stay was good. Resort is smaller compared to other resorts we have been to. The rooms are clean but need some refurbishment. No fresh juice available. Instead they serve juices out of a packet which tastes awful. Staff are friendly and attentive.

    Could there BE a better Beach Attendant?!

    Alex was absolutely outstanding during our beach vacation! From setting up our chairs perfectly every morning to checking in regularly to ensure we had everything we needed, his attentiveness and friendly demeanor made our experience unforgettable. He went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and cared for. If you’re visiting, ask for Alex—you won’t regret it! Give that guy a raise!!

    I wish I could stay longer

    Amazing experience with my big family. Great beach and different pools. Options of different restaurants All the staff is very helpful and strict to the rules & policy of the hotel. Plenty of activities, Flavio instructor is so hardworking, friendly and entertaining with Zumba, Bachata & Painting class. There are scheduled other activities everyday. Day tours highly recommended too. I wish I could stay longer!
