Beautiful and highly recommend
We stayed at Dream Sands Cancun for a week and had an amazing time. They have the most beautiful beach. The wait staff was very attentive indoors and outdoors. There was a long wait to get in to Portofino but the other restaurants were minimal if any wait. Make sure to bring attire to fit the casual elegance for dining in the evenings. Every night had live music and/or shows and amazing outdoor dinners. Multiple pools and amazing views. Our room was very nice and very clean. Linens and pillows were very soft and comfortable. Our room cleaning lady Nain was top notch and so kind. She kept our room absolutely spotless. Coffee bar and crepes with fresh fruit and yogurt was my favorite go to for breakfast but the buffet breakfast is top notch. There are many activies on site throughout the day to stay active. The gym and spa are beautiful and worth a visit. We would definitely go back again, it was hard to leave!!

The resort was awesome, food beach, water ETC… smaller resort which was nice and clean
Beach was beautiful, water was clear no seaweed, food everywhere was fantastic. Grilled food on the beach was a plus, no need to go anywhere to eat. Grab a plate and eat on the beach. Auerelio at the swim up bar was fantastic, worked his tail off to get you all your drinks which were delicious. Check in/out was a breeze. Definitely recommend this resort

Amazing resort, you wont be disappointed with your stay. d
All the staff were friendly and helpful. They were easy to get along with. The rooms were clean and tidy. I was blown away how they kept up with cleaning the floors from water and sand. Lorenzo from the bar went above and beyond making our drinks and remembered how we like our drinks made. The teamwork at the resort was amazing. Everyone was always doing something and didnt see any staff standing around talking.

Dreams all inclusive is a place to stay
Beautiful beach, great food, wonderful service. All Inclusive made it easy to stay at the resort all day. The calm ocean allowed for sunbathing all day. Rent a cabana and get the best service. Magaly was awesome. If celebrating an event, let them know, they will make it a celebration to remember.

The Good, the Bad and the Ugly
The Good: The beach is amazing! We walked the beach in both directions and this was by far the best beach. The food is as expected at an all inclusive resort. The steakhouse did have an excellent filet. Humberto in the buffet was a great server. Isaac in the Steak House was great and Guadalupe never let us go without a drink on the beach. Other than those 3 individuals service for us was almost non existent. The bad and Ugly: Check in. I went with a friend and when we checked in we were told only king beds. The only way to get a double was if we upgraded to preferred and paid $60 per person extra per day. I know room requests are not guaranteed but come on. When you see 2 women traveling together with different last names and double beds requested you should probably try to accommodate that. i cannot believe there were no rooms that were not preferred available with double beds. Housekeeping was terrible!!!!! We had to request towels almost everyday. One day we came up from the beach and there was not 1 towel in our room. I called down and it took over 20 min to get towels. We started bringing pool towels up so we could at least shower when we came back to room. Service in the restaurants was not that great. Asian restaurant was horrible. The gentleman serving us did not want to be there at all and it showed. Our last day there the normal beach server was not working we had a waiter come over 1 time to take empty glasses gave him $5 and he never showed back up. Preferred members were having beach service all day. Unless you are a preferred member don't expect to be treated nicely. We pulled our chairs up on the beach one morning bc there was a puddle of water and we were told we weren't allowed to move the chairs. An hour later a group of 10 ppl. moved chairs in front of us and nobody said a word to them. So if you are not going to be treating all your guests respectfully Only offer preferred. This was a nice resort. If staff was a little more attentive I would consider coming back. We booked Iberostar for January 2025. Hope our experience there is a little better.
