Dreams Royal Beach Punta Cana was mine and my partner’s first time at an all inclusive resort. Our wedding was held at this resort and the views were just breathtaking. Our wedding coordinator, Danilka was so helpful and I recommend her to everyone who wants to get married at this resort. She just made the day go so smoothly. The service was so great and everyone was friendly. We had an amazing time and so did my family!

Would definitely go back
We have been to all-inclusives in Cancun 3 times and this was our first trip to Punta Cana. After this trip, we now prefer Punta Cana over Cancun and will likely return the next time we want an all-inclusive. We spent 4 nights in the newer preferred section of the resort in a private pool room, of which there are only 6. While the pool water was too cold to get in, the room and the spacious and private patio were worth it. If we came back, I would only want to stay on this side of the resort because it is quieter and more laid back. Our kids are adults now, but this is a family-oriented resort. We have tried adult only resorts, and they tend to be too loud and party until well after midnight while we want to be asleep. In February, there weren’t a lot of kids and the ones that were there we mostly well behaved. Since we prefer to wind down in the evening, we loved this part of the resort as it was much quieter. Marcelo, a Concierge, was assigned to us at check in. He was worth his weight in gold and we would request him again if we were to return. He took care of reservations at the Hibachi and the Spa as well as kept us up to date with the activities of the day. He was very receptive to messages via WhatsApp and always replied quickly. Our stay was excellent because of him. Isaa in the Preferred Lobby Bar was always very pleasant and entertaining. We liked to visit him at least 1 time per day. Everyone else that we interacted with was very pleasant and helpful and always made us feel special. We had a couples massage at the Spa and it was excellent. We found the Preferred pool bar, The Reef, was our favorite daily pool and bar, as we spent every afternoon in this area. As long as there was sun, we were good to go. The food all around the resort was pretty good. The wood-fired pizza was excellent. The only issue we had, and it was minor and not worth mentioning, was the wi-fi. It was very slow and kept going in and out when we were on our patio and in our room. We were streaming music on the patio and every 10 min it would just disconnect and then reconnect a minute later. Also, watching TV was sometimes very difficult as the show would cut in and out for several minutes. We didn’t go there to watch TV, of course, but we were just winding down in the evening. Overall, we would return to Dreams Royal Beach for sure.

A pleasure to visit paradise
Excellent resort and would highly recommend. The Preferred Club is worth the added cost. The staff is not only plentiful but extremely committed to your needs. The cabanas were available and very comfortable with pool service frequent. The water park is a must to visit. We will return.

This has been an excellent vacation. We have stayed at many 5 star resorts and this is has been the best in everything. We stayed in the preferred section. Service is exceptional. Staff is so attentive and very pleasant. Food has been delicious, grounds are beautiful. We have not had to fight for lounge chairs. Rooms are very clean, mini bar always stocked. Our concierge Emmanuel always goes about and beyond. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Beautiful dreams
Beautiful hotel. Loved everything about it. Juan the chef in world cafe so lovely. The great coffee bar coco cafe with the beautiful yudeter. The lovely candy our lovely waitress. And all the entertainment staff especially the lovely mad pickachoo
