I cannot say enough good about Dreams Punta Cana Royal Beach. The resort is just the right size. The staff is incredible! I can be particular and to be honest I had zero complaints except for the rooms hold a lot of moisture but I think that is normal . I would highly recommend this for your next destination with family. We had ages 12-51 and it was PERFECT!

Family getaway
Great experience, definitely better than I expected. if you’re worried about a language barrier don’t be worried! Staff is amazing, and most are bilingual! And if they’re not, they quickly find somebody that can communicate with you. I just pulled out. Google translate when I could not communicate effectively. Beautiful resort beautiful people, beautiful island. Definitely if you’re up in the air about going, just do it.

Amazing staff, clean facilities, beautiful beach area
The cleanliness and amazing service make this resort a great value. We were highly impressed with the spaciousness and beauty of our room (on the preferred “old side”, building 4). We never struggled with getting chairs at the beach or pools. The beach , ocean, & pools are beautiful. I really enjoyed the lazy river pool for relaxing, We can’t stress enough how wonderful the service is here- probably the best I have experienced at over a dozen all-inclusives. A special shout out goes out to our preferred concierge, Roberto. He was so kind, professional, and made us feel like celebrities while we were there. The only drawback I would say was the food- it was nice to not need reservations at the a la carte restaurants (except hibachi), but I found the food to be rather bland. The in-room champagne breakfast we had delivered was excellent, however. They delivered the food in a hotbox, which we were really impressed with. I cannot stress enough how friendly and attentive the staff was- that alone would encourage me to return to Dreams Royal Beach!

The staff here is super nice and ensures that you enjoy your time. Needs some updates to hotel room and around the hotel but would go again. Kids have a great time in the water slides. If you looking for a heavy party crowd you will not get it but you will get peace and relaxation while having your kids entertained.

Sisters trip 2025
My sister, 2 daughters and I just got back from one of the best vacations ever at Dreams Royal Beach Punta Cana. We stayed in the Preferred area in the new section and it is stunning. We stayed on the ground level and right in front is a gorgeous wrap around pool for swimming..almost like a lazy river. Our Buttler Billy took care of our every need and always checked in to make sure we were having a great time. We spent most of our days at the beach and the water is gorgeous to swim in. The entertainment staff were so much fun..I loved doing many of the activities such as salsa and meringue, water aerobics..2 entertainment staff stood out to me, Jonathon and Angel, they were hilarious but also very genuine. The food was exceptional for the most part..our favourite restaurants were the Seaside Grill and Fusion..we ate there twice and service and food were amazing. The only restaurant that was ok was Portofino..I think they forgot about us and then the food was subpar. The world cafe every morning had lots of fresh fruit and variety. The weather was perfect which always helps. My daughters have already asked if we can go back next March…book this hotel it’s awesome!!
