Apr 14, 2025Unbelievable place for a honeymoon
This place is nothing short of amazing. We traveled from UK for our honeymoon and the staff couldn't have done anymore. We payed for the preferred club and got an upgraded room. Our Concierge Junior was very helpful and in regular contact both in person and Whatsapp. The room was very spacious and clean and the restaurants excellent with our favourite the seaside grill which is actually on the beach itself. What made it the best choice was the gluten free options. There was plenty to choose from and menus marked up with what I could have and to top it off I was put in contact with Nelsy one of the food concierges, I regularly messaged her on Whatsapp to order gluten free meals and both the restaurants. The best thing was the last day when she sorted me a takeaway burger so we could get to the airport on time. Could not fault the place at all and we'll worth for the money.

Awesome, Comfy, Clean
This resort is a jewel, i will come back with family or alone, I have never been to Punta Cana but this trip makes me want to move to this country as soon as I can. My family was safe food was great, family fun, beaches, and of course the drinks were all great. Preffered service goes above a beyond every request

A great vacay
Amazing entertainment and entertainment staff. We felt pampered and very well taken care of! Drinks and food were great. Very clean. You can stay active or find a place to relax. The choice is yours. We could always find a place to sit at the beach or at the pool.

Dreams Royal beach was a dream
Look we had a great time. The weather was great. The staff is incredibly friendly. The place is spotless. We plan on going back. Food is 8/10. Service is 10/10. The layout and design of the resort is 10/10. The hotel itself has something and a spot for everyone. You want to party, party. You have kids? No problem, it is super family friendly. You’re a couple? You’ll find quiet spots to hang out. The layout works in a way that you can settle into a particular area and it will meet your needs. If people complain about this place they’ll complain about anywhere. We were 2 single moms travelling with our two 10 year old boys, one of whom has an allergy. We felt safe and comfortable the entire time. We upgraded to preferred club and for us we wouldn’t go without the upgrade. We liked having extra food options and a personal concierge to help navigate our stay and our food allergy. We had not been on vacation for 5 years so we were due for a great time and we had it. This will now be my family's 2nd home
We are a family of 5 with 2 kids and stayed for 10 nights. The staff are amazing, over accommodating, exceptional customer service and they all went above and beyond paying attention to the finer details to ensure me and my family had a great trip. Rhe food was great with a vast option. The check-in process was the quickest ive experienced having travelled the Caribbean and stayed at various resorts. The entertainment team were fantastic but I want to mention my favourite team at the Grotto mail pool bar, Dolores, Girleisy and Adony. Thank you for making our holiday as fantastic as it was. Simply paradise
