Great service amazing experiences
Timoteo was the absolute best server at the buffet. He’s very personable , has a great sense of humour, such a great heart. He made my partner and I feel like we were family. He will be apart of our lasting memories of this experience and we hope to see him again soon.

Great Resort, Terrific Service!
This is our second time to Dreams Natura and we are already planning our next trip there. The service we received was 5 Star! Our favorites that you must ask for are: Damien, Santiago and Jesus at the Preferred Pool, Roger at the French Restaurant, Pablo and Julio at the Preferred Concierge and Antonio in the Preferred Lounge. These guys gave us the 5 Star treatment every time we saw them. You can tell they all really enjoy what they do and were so good to my family. Damien and Roger definitely get the MVP Awards because they really went out of their way to make our family feel special. I would give the resort 5 Stars but for a few complaints…the pillows are not comfortable (Julio went on a scavenger hunt to find us comfortable pillows and finally found some that were decent). The bathroom by the beach was always gross and sometimes didn’t have toilet paper. There are toilet paper holders missing so if there was toilet paper, they’d prop it up and someone would drop it onto the always wet floor. The lobby bathroom was not very clean either. The food was great and I didn’t have any complaints about that. We never go to the Mexican restaurant because it’s always our least favorite and we didn’t visit the World Cafe but every other restaurant was fantastic with great service. I think the Preferred Club is worth it to go to the Preferred Breakfast and have access to the Preferred Pool (adults only). If you’re not a night owl, ask for a room far away from the main building. Our room was right above Desires nightclub and the music and bass was loud until 1am. The A/C in our room didn’t work well but our kid’s room’s A/C was great and the room got very cold. The deadbolt in my kid’s room was always stuck so they had to leave out of our adjoining room. This would be a problem if we didn’t have an adjoining room. The spa was great and so was the gym. My two teenagers loved the water slides, lazy river and zip line. There’s also a room with a pool table, air hockey and video games. Overall we had a great time and will definitely go back!

Amazing experience
Just had the most fantastic meal at Bordeaux with Daniel Uribe as our waiter. He is absolutely outstanding. The food at this place is top notch. Make sure you are seated in Daniel’s section! And the crème brûlée… we took all of Daniel’s recommendations and had such a fantastic meal. I think we will eat here again on our last night.

Average All-Inclusive Resort, Likely Wouldn't Return
This was our 4th time staying at this family of resorts. Arrival experience was efficient and friendly. The lobby is clean and inviting and the staff were helpful. The room was clean and well appointed. The shower had some rust but was overall clean. Everything generally functioned well though the foyer toilet frequently clogged and had to be serviced with even the slightest use. This was annoying but the resort did respond each time. The resort grounds were generally clean though it feels very cramped compared to others in this group. The preferred area is not really separated from the rest of the resort so there really aren't any dedicated Preferred Areas as no one was checking them. The restaurants were typical for these resorts though there was one completely closed which limited options and the Barefoot Grill frequently did not open on time. Room service was particularly terrible. I was there with a group of 20+ and we all shared the same experience. Delivery would take, on average, well over 2 hours if you received anything at all. The food that did arrive was poor quality with one receiving a pizza that was still partially frozen and others receiving generally poor quality food. Based on the shared experience of such a large group, I suspect this is the normal and not the exception. While I did not have children with me, this would create huge problems if trying to feed children. I did make a complaint while their and the Hotel Manager as well as the Food and Beverage Manager met with me and apologized for the experience and offered compensation. This was certainly appreciated but it will only be meaningful if they implement long term changes so other guests do not have similar experiences. Lastly, there is a clear difference in service based on tipping - you will slowly be ignored or at least tended to less if you aren't tipping for every touch point with the staff. We have stayed in multiple other countries with this group and this is not the case at all, it seems to be unique to Mexico. Overall, I will likely not return to Dreams Natura unless being invited for an event as, for the money, there are better experiences. I will reiterate that the management team who fielded my concerns did seem sincere so, hopefully, the resort will continue to improve.
