Jan 14, 2025Behind the scene (House tour) with Miguel and Angel
The trip has been great so far! Today we were invited to go do a behind the scene(House tour) and got the chance to visit the massive kitchen, laundry and room service area. We were guided along our tour with Angel and Miguel which were amazing and very professional. Miguel was very funny and entertaining and out kids couldn't stop laughing. They are great members of the entertainment team!

Eat at El Patio!
Daniel Uribe from the Mexican Restaurant El Patio was amazing! Knew exactly what to recommend and kept our family of 11 filled with yummy goodness. The Enchilada, Pico de Gallo and Mescalita were all delicious! Thanks for an awesome experience!

family get away
This place exceeded my expectations when traveling with grandsons ages 12 - 8! The adults could relax by the pool while letting the boys enjoy the slides and arcade. The slides were big enough that the adults enjoyed them also. Each day by the pool we enjoy the taco bar and the boys enjoyed the burgers and fries! The resort was big enough but no so huge that we could not run back to our room if we forgot something.

Family Vacation
We took a family vacation for a few days and had an amazing time. The resort is beautiful, staff are kind, and the entertainment team, Miguel, Alma, Giovanni always had something going on by the pool. The 24 hour room service came in handy as well. We highly recommend this resort

Exceptional family vacation with our adult children! Great food, stunning facility, and friendly/kind staff. The resort has so much to offer from the waterslides, kayaking, yoga, the arcade, rockclimbing, workshops, and evening entertainment. Giovanni and team offer a diverse set of activities that will keep you smiling all day. Especially enjoyed Giovanni's Heart of the House tour - fascinating to see the scale of operations from laundry through to the kitchen. Not every hotel offers this transparency. Also, the planet thanks you for the sustainable practices employed throughout. We enjoyed the variety of restaurants including the Sip and Savour option to visit the Dreams Vista for dinner and drinks on the Rooftop Bar. Thanks to Leo for his attentiveness in getting us on our way. To Rodrigo at the beach bar for surprising us with his favour drinks. The cafe staff makes a wonderful latte and of course the made-to-order smoothies were a hit. The beach offers a quiet escape from the poolside fun and the opportunity to burn off calories with a long walk. Overall, a great vacation spot!
