Family vacation? Great place to go. If you have NO children and want to relax - do not go here. We are members of UVC. This was a last minute vacation for us and this was available for our time frame. We typically go to Secrets (Adult Only) resorts. KIDS all over the place - chaotic, LOUD, running all over the place (poor parenting skills as far as I am concerned) so no reflection on the resort for this. We thought that if we went later to dinner that most young children would have already eaten - not the case lol. We had 3 wonderful dinners at the Bordeaux restaurant - ask for ROGER as your waiter - he was EXCEPTIONAL!!! Food was extremely good and it was the only restaurant on the premises for adults only - the peace and quiet was thoroughly enjoyed by us. Roger was attentive, pleasant and went out of his way to make sure we had wonderful experiences at that restaurant. Humitsu and El Patio restaurants were good as well for dinner. These were the only restaurants that we went to - the menus definitely cater to kids (rightfully so for the Dreams brand). Bluewater Grill - fish tacos were AMAZING!! World Cafe - seemed to be understaffed. had to ask for water and/or coffee more than once. Omelette stations were GREAT! Fruit was frequently in small supply when we were there. Pool area - Preferred Adult only pool. Damian and Santiago were amazing!! VERY attentive, extremely pleasant and made sure we had everything that we needed. Drink service was a bit slow, if at all. The beach was beautiful - well kept. I would recommend cushions for the lounge chairs - at least in the Preferred areas. Grounds were kept impeccably. There was some construction going on which was a bit loud but that cannot be helped. Fernando - our butler - AMAZING. Cannot say enough about him. He was there whenever we needed something and even when we didn't. He checked in on us every day - sometimes more than once. Best butler we have had in all of our UVC visits. We were upgraded to a Master Suite - beautiful room. Bed was very comfortable as were the pillows (which is rare for me to say). Housekeeping was very good (though we did miss one day). As always the staff were very delightful. Were extremely helpful if we needed anything; always had smiles on their faces. Overall, it was a good vacation but not very relaxing. The activities for the kids and pools were all close together. Food is geared towards the kids. If you have a family then I would highly recommend this property. If you are traveling without kids and want to really relax this is not the place for you.

While visiting the Dreams resort we ate at the Bluewater Grill and the food was excellent but the service from Javier was superb! Had the rib eye with the Chistorra in White Wine for an appetizer which was delicious. Highly recommended for a meal

Fun at the pool
Experience team did great with many things to do all day! Miguel made sure to make it fun for all ages! Soccer, volleyball, trivia, water and beach. The entire team did a great job keeping the kids entertained Thanks! We will be back if we get back to Mexico.

Highly recommended all inclusive
Jonathan and Alma, Samantha and Didier and everyone working here are incredible. We had an awesome experience and would highly recommend it!! The shows were terrific. Great music. Food was unbelievable delicious. The a la carte is unbelievable!!

Dreams Natura was a Dream!
This was our first experience at a Dreams all inclusive and it was amazing. From the moment we pulled up to the hotel you could tell they wanted to take care of you and make sure you had a great experience. The wet towels to wipe your hands and face upon exiting your transportation were a great touch. The offering of drinks right away for adults and children I knew it was going to be a great trip. The Bellhop was very personable and asked to enter our room when he dropped off our luggage. The waiters and waitresses were such nice people and were willing to make sure they got us the drinks we wanted. The food was so good, we did not have one bad meal there! The Asian restaurant was so fun for our family. The pools are clean and great. The facilities are clean and newer. All the activities that they have by the pool were great and fun for the whole family. That made our days, we also really enjoyed the nighttime entertainment. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The app was so easy to use to request any thing whether it was food or linens. The people delivering the room service were so polite and nice to talk to. The one and only grievance I have is that we had to pay $2000 pesos to go to a mall 5 mins down the road. It felt very overpriced and made us not able to go out that often. The gift shop is reasonably priced and provided nice souvenirs to take home. Overall we would choose Dreams again and again! Thank you for such a lovely vacation my whole family will remember.
