    Bridesmaid at a wedding

    The rooms are comfy and large, air con kept getting put on though! Service is polite, food is good quality in the speciality restaurants, although slow to be seated when you can see empty tables inside. Jesus. from the spa. did my hair and make up for the wedding I was attending and was absolutely fantastic.

    Pool Concierge at Dreams Playa Mujeres

    Jaime Lagunas our pool concierge at Dreams Playa Mujeres was outstanding! The service was top notch, friendly, fast and attentive. We never had to wait for drinks and felt truly taken care of the entire time. Highly recommend! You will not be disappointed!

    Wonderful family vacation

    Excellent resort and wonderful family vacation! We loved the pools, beach, food, and shows! Special thanks to Jaime Lagunas, our pool Concierge, who was so attentive and helpful in making dinner reservations and even reserving the beachside Bali beds!

    Great service and experience

    Jamie Lagunas was wonderful! He was very attentive to our group and went above and beyond. Not only him, but the entire staff are friendly and want to make your stay enjoyable. This place is great for families and if you just want to get away. Clean and ready to make your stay enjoyable.

    Excellent Resort

    Great resort at an amazing location and great people. Jaime at the pool was top tier - amazingly helpful and a pleasure to interact with; our visit to Dreams would not have been the same without his help. It was our first trip to the Cancun area and we are happy to have found it; we will be back.
