    Best vacation ever

    We had an amazing time at Dreams Onyx we upgraded to preferred upon arrival, best decision ever. Our room was spacious decorated beautifully and extreamly clean our housekeeper Nereyda was the sweetest woman I have ever met and she made sure our stay was wonderful, always went above and beyond for us. Our butler Osvaldo was fantastic always checking on us and making sure everything met our expectations. Huge shout out to the staff there they were the friendlbrst people with the best sence of humor that we have ever experienced on any of our vacations from the servers at the buffets Zunilda the hostess was fabulous Carlos, Brandy,Geuri,Manuel and Mencia were always laughing and joking with my husband. I will never forget preferred adults pool servers who went above and beyond everyday we were there Javier Jensy and Nelis who went out of her way to make sure not only my husband was good but that I had everything I needed. We had the best vacation there and will definitely be back because of the staff and the beauty of this resort.

    Amazing senior springbreak

    Mother daughter senior spring break trip with 5 other moms and daughters! We had an amazing time! We were preferred and our butler Fransico did everything we requested and checked in with us daily. Javier helped us with drinks and food at the adult only pool and was fantastic! Along with Alejandro at the swim up bar. All of the staff were extremely nice and helpful and went out of their way to make us feel like family. Great memories were made!

    Wedding experience at Dreams!!! 🔥🔥🔥

    Dreams Onxy gave my wife & I absolutely dream wedding of a lifetime!!! Memories not only the 2 of us but also our kids will cherish for a lifetime. For this I am forever grateful!!!! From our wedding coordinator, to the bellhops, to the many waiters and servers who kept our drinks and stomachs full and out truly amazing butler Albert I can not tell you how great it was to be treated like royalty on our special day. DREAMS ONXY IS FOREVER IN OUR HEARTS AND WILL BE 1 OF OUR HOMES AWAY FROM HOME FOREVER!!!

    Best Family Vacation!

    Sevice was beyond amazing! Request Juan for your Butler if you go Preferred Club. He made everything run smooth! While tempting to spend every day at the Pool, at least one Beach Cabana day is a must. Request Randy! He made it fun for the whole FAMILY!!!

    What a great Trip - would definitely go again

    We were really impressed with this resort. We did have preferred service and we loved all the perks that came with that. Francisco really took care of us and was able to help us with all our requests. The rooms were great, we loved the swim out. The drinks and food were amazing. Our only complaint is that we were really looking forward to the silent disco and the music was a little too X-rated for our "family" trip. It would have been nice to have some old school music for us over 40 guests. The beach party was a favorite but we really enjoyed all the shows.
