Absolute best entertainment and service, especially Miguel! Was so wonderful with our kids during football and water aerobics!!! He had so much energy and was so fun! He handled so many fun activities and our group had such a blast! Definitely would recommend!!

It was the best trip I have ever had. The tour was fun swimming playing. All the games was a great time going in all the pools the lazy rivers, the climbing wall the restaurants were very good. I also really like the employees here they had great service. Alex Jonathan

Spring Break Trip with family! Chair savages suck!
Overall we had a great trip at Dreams Natura. We stayed during the last week of March for our Spring Break. The beach was ok but had a lot of seaweed. We had an ocean view and this was our 10th stay at a Dreams resort. There were a lot of things we loved about the resort. The Entertainment team was great all day especially with their activities during the day. We played beach volleyball, water volleyball, had kayak contests in the pool and a water aerobics. Miguel was especially helpful with us and I saw with other guests. He was always helping get more chairs for people poolside and was great with the kids for activities. Always had a great attitude and smile on his face. Couldn’t say enough about Miguel. Our only complaint would be the chair game everyday! Guests would put towels on chairs early in the morning before 5am and not come back to the chairs until after 10-11am. Since it was spring break the resort was at full capacity and truly not enough space or chairs for everyone. Large groups would hold 10+ chairs at a time for hours and not be using them. We’re a UVC member and have been to 12 all inclusive resorts and have never experienced this to this level before. The staff or someone should put a stop to this as it’s not enjoyable for any of the guests. There are signs posted to not do this but it’s not enforced. The restaurants were ok but nothing really stood out to us. The buffet had options everyday but for us it wasn’t amazing. We’ve been to other dreams we felt had a better variety for breakfast.

We loved our family vacation at Dreams Natura!
I had a wonderful time with my children at Dreams Natura! We made memories and were treated so well by the staff here who went above & beyond to make sure we had a great experience. We loved that the resort wasn’t too big, the pools were lovely, and the beds were comfortable. The water slides were a big hit for both of my kids, and the zip line coaster and rock climbing for my adventurous daughter. We had great meals especially at the buffet, Bordeaux, Himitsu, and Bluewater grill. The drinks were great everywhere, but especially at the preferred club bar. Some of the wonderful staff I want to thank for really making this a special trip: -Noé our butler took such good care of us! His service was exceptional. -Samantha in the pool entertainment team, we enjoyed the activities and you made us feel like family -Luz at the spa, thank you for helping me relax -Our waiter at Bordeaux, I think his name was Roger (I’m sorry the picture I took of your nametag was blurry!), was very attentive and my daughter and I had a great meal. Thank you!!! I hope to see you again! Tara

Amazing
Very good food and service was very nice. And AnaYeli and Geovanny kind and helpful. I would say my favorite restaurant in the whole resort is the Minsu, I would suggest getting the Tempura sushi for as it is my favorite sushi on the menu. The trip is very enjoyable.
