Mar 01, 2025Holidays are for fun?
I loved this resort, however our Kareoke nights were too short. It's only 1 hr. As a wedding venue it's just not long enough. Guests were queuing up but couldn't sing. Which stopped the party atmosphere dead due to 10.30pm cut off time for lobby entertainment. Once paid entertainment stops there is no background music and I think this needs a review, even if it's soft music it would make such a difference to the overall experience and atmosphere. Please sort this out, people will be happy to entertain themselves, singing, dancing etc., it costs nothing but a bit of music through the Bar speakers. If this can be sorted we will definitely consider returning. Thank you.

This resort was wonderful! The grounds are well kept. The room was spacious and clean. Plenty of activities throughout the day. Food and drinks were great. We stayed on the preferred side and for our family, it was definitely worth it. The lounge is exceptional. Jesus and Freddy were by far the best staff that we encountered at this resort. They were friendly and welcoming each time any of our family members entered the lounge. They also make fantastic drinks, including really fun mocktails for my kids. If you visit this resort, visit Jesus and Freddy in the preferred lounge - you won’t regret it. The days we were there were a bit rainy but this did not deter Oscar by the pool. Oscar was quick and attentive. By day 2, he was bringing us our favorite drinks without us even asking. My daughter absolutely LOVED the Explorer’s Club. Having the schedule of activities in the app was super convenient. Dropping her off for specific activities was super quick and easy. Each of the employees that worked in the club was AMAZING. Rebeca, Samantha, Frida, Karla and Alexa have created such a fun, welcoming and warm atmosphere that most times, my daughter had to be dragged away.

Santiago was the best
My wife and i spent A week at this resort and we were very impressed with the grounds. The highlight for me was the amazing service we received from Santiago ( the pool concierge) he was very attentive and made sure we had chairs every morning in the perfect spot! He also had fresh dry towels for us after a morning shower next time you are at this resort make sure to look him up

Absolutely Incredible – Dreams Natura Exceeded Every Expectation! My girlfriend and I just returned from our first-ever trip to Mexico, and Dreams Natura completely blew our expectations out of the water! From the moment we arrived, we were met with top-tier service, stunning surroundings, and a level of hospitality that made our stay truly unforgettable. The resort itself is immaculate—cleanliness and safety were never a concern. Before our trip, we read some negative reviews that seemed completely off-base. In reality, the staff work tirelessly to maintain a pristine and welcoming environment. Our room was spotless, the common areas were beautifully kept, and even the beach was impressively maintained with minimal seaweed. The service here is second to none. It felt like every staff member genuinely wanted to make our stay perfect. A special shoutout to Samwel at the restaurant/buffet, who made every meal a pleasure with his kindness and attention to detail. Santiago, the bellman, was incredibly helpful and friendly from the moment we arrived. The concierge team went above and beyond to assist us whenever we needed anything. And the food? Phenomenal. Whether it was the buffet, à la carte restaurants, or poolside snacks, everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. There’s truly something for everyone. If you’re considering Dreams Natura, don’t hesitate. This resort sets the bar high for an all-inclusive experience, and we can’t wait to return. Thank you to the amazing staff for making our first time in Mexico so special!

Blue water grill
The service here is UNREAL! Augustin served us at the Bluewater Grill and he was an absolute gem- kind, welcoming and efficient. Couldn’t ask for a better time! Thank you to everyone at this restaurant for giving us memories that we will cherish forever!
